After doing teachers' training in Sivinanda Ashram in Kerala, India, she completed the Iyengar teachers' training programme in London in 1994. Since then she has developed a more flowing style. The teachers who have had the greatest influence on her are BKS Iyengar, Shandor Remete, John Scott, and Alaric Newcombe.
