This work brings together important experiences in the management of third sector organizations. It highlights the importance of understanding error as a stage in any process, not as a barrier or impediment to the continuity of our projects. In the management of third sector companies there are various paradigms about the administrative process, which need to be removed from the process in order to reduce the number of organizations of this kind going out of business and/or so that they do not depend exclusively on public authorities or private initiative to carry out their actions. Developing a work that encourages administrators of third sector organizations to practice strategic management in these organizations is of fundamental importance, as I believe that the third sector has and will have a fundamental role to play in global social, political and economic development.

Cet ouvrage rassemble des expériences importantes en matière de gestion d'organisations du troisième secteur. Il souligne l'importance de comprendre l'erreur comme une étape de tout processus, et non comme une barrière ou un obstacle à la continuité de nos projets. Dans la gestion des entreprises du troisième secteur, il existe différents paradigmes concernant le processus administratif, qui doivent être éliminés du processus afin que le nombre d'organisations de ce type qui cessent leurs activités diminue et/ou qu'elles ne dépendent pas exclusivement des autorités publiques ou du secteur privé pour mener à bien leurs actions. L'élaboration d'une étude qui encourage les gestionnaires des organisations du troisième secteur à pratiquer la gestion stratégique dans ces organisations est d'une importance fondamentale, car je pense que le troisième secteur a joué et jouera un rôle fondamental dans le développement social, politique et économique mondial.

Questo lavoro raccoglie importanti esperienze di gestione delle organizzazioni del terzo settore. Sottolinea l'importanza di intendere l'errore come una fase di qualsiasi processo, non come una barriera o un impedimento alla continuità dei nostri progetti. Nella gestione delle imprese del terzo settore esistono diversi paradigmi sul processo amministrativo, che devono essere eliminati dal processo affinché il numero di organizzazioni di questo tipo che falliscono diminuisca e/o affinché non dipendano esclusivamente dalle autorità pubbliche o dal settore privato per svolgere le loro azioni. La preparazione di uno studio che incoraggi i dirigenti delle organizzazioni del terzo settore a praticare la gestione strategica in queste organizzazioni è di fondamentale importanza, poiché ritengo che il terzo settore abbia e avrà un ruolo fondamentale nello sviluppo sociale, politico ed economico globale.

Diese Arbeit bündelt wichtige Erfahrungen mit dem Management von Organisationen des dritten Sektors. Es unterstreicht, wie wichtig es ist, Fehler als Teil eines Prozesses zu verstehen und nicht als Hindernis für die Kontinuität unserer Projekte. In der Verwaltung von Unternehmen des dritten Sektors gibt es verschiedene Paradigmen in Bezug auf den Verwaltungsprozess, die aus dem Prozess entfernt werden müssen, damit die Zahl der Organisationen dieser Art, die ihre Tätigkeit einstellen, abnimmt und/oder damit sie nicht ausschließlich von den Behörden oder dem Privatsektor abhängig sind, um ihre Tätigkeiten auszuführen. Die Ausarbeitung einer Studie, die Manager von Organisationen des dritten Sektors ermutigt, strategisches Management in diesen Organisationen zu praktizieren, ist von grundlegender Bedeutung, da ich glaube, dass der dritte Sektor eine grundlegende Rolle in der globalen sozialen, politischen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung spielt und spielen wird.
