The efforts by myself and many others to reveal the Injustices that exist regarding "Rights of Way" have been thwarted by many organisations we regard as the ESTABLISHMENT, (Government Departments, Local Authorities, Ombudsman, Parts of the Judicial System, Solicitors, Etc.).It is that mysterious veil that ordinary citizen cannot penetrate, which prevents the persons in power being made aware of the distressing plight of many people throughout the land regarding "Rights of Way".Attempts to obtain Justice have been obstructed to prevent the wrongdoings of the ESTABLISHMENT being revealed because of "Reputational risks, Legal Action being taken against them, and possible compensation being paid".The efforts of the ordinary citizen against the ESTABLISHMENT is a "David and Goliath" situation because of Costs.It is the strategy of many Government and associated bodies that if you ignore a problem, or do not respond to it eventually it will go away.It is hoped that by publishing this book and others I have produced including, "JUSTICE DENIED", "THE PATH & I", "TRUTH EQUALITY JUSTICE", "CAN YOU TRUST YOUR SOLICITOR" some honest and truthful person or persons will be made aware of the Corruption and Malfeasance which exists in some parts of this country and place their heads above the parapet and endeavour to "Right the Wrongs".

TRUTH EQUALITY JUSTICEIs a chronological report revealing the INJUSTICE encountered by ordinary citizens attempting to right the wrongs created by Government and associated bodies.We are all encouraged at an early stage in our lives, to believe and accept that the actions and advice by experienced and learned people is there for everyone's benefit. However, we learn by experience as we progress through life; that, it is not always the case.This document describes the obstacles encountered by an ordinary man and others; in their fight to protect their homes from having "e;Rights of Way"e; imposed upon them.Many ordinary people have experienced horrendous distress, and financial burden in their endeavors to obtain JUSTICE. Some have had to endure life changing experiences including: Suicide, Mental breakdowns, loss of property and bankruptcy.Many have sought help and advice through the JUDICIAL SYSTEM, only to find that there are those who derive pleasure out of causing distress and financial burden to others; and are not prepared to admit their wrong doings.Many people, and oganisations believe that if you ignore the problem, it will go away. There are also those who use financial costs to prevent them from being exposed.Please read and understand the contents of this document and make your own judgement concerning the "e;Rights and Wrongs"e; in our society now.You are free to issue any comments you wish to make!

The cost and distress suffered by many has resulted in loss of property, the break-up of relationships; and in some cases, suicide.If it concerned the price of Petrol, or the suffering of Whales, Seals, or other animals, the general public would not allow it to happen. However, because of Reputational risks, and the threat of compensation payments, the corruption will continue.It requires the action of some honest, and courageous person or persons to place their head above the parapet, to halt the distress and financial burden being suffered by so many.The scales of JUSTCE are in your hands!
