Once we have control of the will and over the core dispositions within the self so as that we have cultivated a virtuous character and nature then we realize that as enlightened people generally speaking we can become either agents of destruction or beings of creation. Through the powers of destruction we seek to protect that which we love and consider valuable and through the powers of creation we seek for that which we love and value to multiply, prosper and flourish. Through the control of the will at its most fundamental form as dispositions of self embedded in the subconscious then the flow of will through the constructs of the self and spirit can be channelled so as to produce a desired effect. As such when creative will flows through the self we find ourselves, through our chosen artistic medium, to become the introspective artists, thinkers and poets transforming ourselves through the creation of the art-form, crafting within ourselves our freedom, autonomy and future form.

Once the inner self has been discovered and our higher nature become manifest in our dispositions then introspection upon the laws of the inner universe of the self becomes meditations upon the laws which govern the nature of the outer universe. Only then are we truly open minded enough to Astral travel to other worlds and dimensions and experience alien consciousness in a bid to expand our own perception and perspective. Thus we find ourselves in search of a culture amongst the stars whose mental and spiritual science of the higher dimensions of reality is more advanced than our own. So like the druids of ancient times who aligned their stone circles according to the positions of the sun, moon and stars we too become cosmic beings in search of the greatest empowerment and most ultimate enlightenment.

This is an technical and theoretical exploration of the potential for the high temperature superconductor ceramic Yttrium-Barium-Cuprite-Oxide, in the form of ceramic disks, to exhibit gravity influencing, altering or dampening effects. The variables that are relevant are: rotational speed, vacuum tension, temperature and floatation magnet strength; with refinements build upon the original gravity shield design. The temperature is maintained by vacuums and liquid hydrogen cooled gravitoelectrical components to zero-point temperatures, which are then suspended and held in vacuums at all connective points by previously charged ferrite floatation magnets which do not require input. This creates a zero energy loss and entropy bleed system of constant gravitonic-kinetic-electric energy transference, which contributes through the conservation of input energy and cumulative energy gain into a feedback loop of limitless exponentially increasing output energy through reinput energy accumulation. Through experimental observations of the energy dampening effects of high temperature superconductors, upon gravitonic field/particle/wave energy, I rationalise the synthesis of the theoretical paradigm of Hyperparticle Gravitation out of the current paradigms of Zero-point, Hyperspace, Superstring, Photoelectric Ether, Antigravity and Quantum Mechanical paradigms. (Kuhn, T., (1962) Through which deducing the existence of a Gluon-Electron-Graviton energy interaction occurring, which I then use as the basis for the formulation of the Hyperparticle Gravitation Paradigm and the Infinite Energy Theorem. Thus providing the explanation for the anomalous gravity dampening effect of the Gravity Shield and providing a rough technical outline for the creation of a Gravitoelectric Cumulative Transference Power Source: the safest, cleanest, most economical and freely abundant energy resource available to the human race.

Through investing in government funded research, to establish public owned patents in new areas of technological development and scientific inquiry, the wealth of an individual nation can prosper, as these goods cannot be mass produced by other countries cheaper. This, in a global environment ensures the economic prosperity, political sovereignty, educational freedom, flourishing of the job market and value of exports; the research directed economy is a blueprint for how to run the county at a profit for the people, not a loss.` This thesis presents a left-wing socialism based perspective and also separately as a right-wing political ideology and social policy as well as humanism based Neo-Modernism can be adapted easily to either style of state apparatus. The rest of this article will therefore consist of an investigation into the nature of humanism as a sociopolitical doctrine of progress and how Neo-Modernism is a potential future embodiment of positive human ideals deeply rooted in humanism only reinvented in a new more evolved form
