Il rivestimento a spruzzo di plasma è uno di questi numerosi processi e oggi è un processo industriale che offre una serie di soluzioni efficaci in molti campi, tra cui quello biomedico e sanitario (impianti, corone dentali, protesi), energetico (turbine a gas, alternatori, camere di combustione) e dei trasporti (veicoli terrestri, treni, aerei). Abbiamo scelto di occuparci del nostro obiettivo principale, ovvero la tecnica di rivestimento a spruzzo termico, spiegando i vari fattori che possono influenzare notevolmente l'efficacia e la qualità dello spruzzo. Attraverso il nostro studio, siamo giunti alla conclusione che questa tecnica ad alte prestazioni richiede un particolare interesse e una ricerca avanzata per essere padroneggiata, pur ammettendo la realtà della sua assenza a livello di aziende marocchine, che lascia fuori un'opportunità di sviluppo e di guadagno irrecuperabile. Questa tecnica soddisfa le aspettative ecologiche dei processi produttivi, essendo un processo a secco.

Die Beschichtungstechnik des thermischen Spritzens ist Teil einer breiten Palette von Verfahren zur Oberflächenbehandlung. Eines dieser Verfahren ist das Plasmaspritzbeschichtungsverfahren, das heute ein industrielles Verfahren darstellt, das verschiedene effiziente Lösungen für zahlreiche Bereiche bietet, wie z. B. Biomedizin und Gesundheit (Implantate, Zahnkronen, Prothesen), Energie (Gasturbinen, Generatoren, Brennkammern) und Transport (Landfahrzeuge, Züge, Flugzeuge). Wir haben uns dafür entschieden, unser Hauptaugenmerk auf die Beschichtungstechnik des thermischen Spritzens zu richten, wo wir die verschiedenen Faktoren erläutert haben, die einen großen Einfluss auf die Effizienz und Qualität des Spritzens haben können. Durch unsere Studie kamen wir zu dem Schluss, dass diese leistungsfähige Technik ein besonderes Interesse und einen fortgeschrittenen Forschungsstand erfordert, um sie zu beherrschen, wobei wir die Tatsache anerkennen, dass sie in marokkanischen Unternehmen nicht vorhanden ist, wodurch eine unwiederbringliche Entwicklungs- und Gewinnchance vertan wird. Diese Technik erfüllt die ökologischen Erwartungen an Herstellungsverfahren, da es sich um ein Trockenverfahren handelt.

Thermal spray coating techniques are part of a wide range of surface treatment processes. Plasma spray coating is one of them, and today it represents an industrial process offering effective solutions in a wide range of fields, including biomedical and health (implants, dental crowns, prostheses), energy (gas turbines, alternators, combustion chambers) and transport (land vehicles, trains, aircraft). We opted to address our main target, which is thermal spray coating technology, where we explained the various factors that can have a major influence on the efficiency and quality of spraying. Through our study, we concluded that this high-performance technique requires particular interest and advanced research in order to master it, while acknowledging the reality of its absence at Moroccan company level, thus missing out on an irrecoverable opportunity for development and profit. As a dry process, this technique meets the ecological expectations of manufacturing processes.

As técnicas de revestimento por projeção térmica fazem parte de uma vasta gama de processos de tratamento de superfícies. O revestimento por projeção de plasma é um desses processos e, atualmente, é um processo industrial que oferece uma gama de soluções eficazes em muitos domínios, nomeadamente biomédico e da saúde (implantes, coroas dentárias, próteses), energia (turbinas a gás, alternadores, câmaras de combustão) e transportes (veículos terrestres, comboios, aviões). Optámos por abordar o nosso alvo principal, que é a técnica de revestimento por aspersão térmica, onde explicámos os vários factores que podem ter uma grande influência na eficácia e qualidade da aspersão. Através do nosso estudo, concluímos que esta técnica de alto desempenho requer um interesse particular e uma investigação avançada para a dominar, admitindo ao mesmo tempo a realidade da sua ausência ao nível das empresas marroquinas, o que deixa de fora uma oportunidade de desenvolvimento e de ganhos irrecuperáveis. Esta técnica responde às expectativas ecológicas dos processos de fabrico, uma vez que se trata de um processo seco.
