I'm Not Supposed to Be Here. But God, an autobiographical life's journey, by Dr. Barbara "Mom" Bean, is a naked testimonial, and prescription for victory with God's help. It is a reality that life is difficult, as it is a hard schoolmaster because it gives us first the test and then we learn the lesson. Through this book, you will find instruction on how to set aside mediocrity and complacency. It will inspire you to join the special mission of walking a path in a spiritual realm, that has been experienced by the author. This book will give guidance, hope and inspiration to a generation of believers with a different perspective on Christian living. It is my prayer that this book will become the instrument God uses to remove spiritual blindness and the tool used by God's people to possess the land that Jesus conquered through His sacrifice at the cross. Bishop Harold Edwards Church of God, Dallas Texas Evangelist Barbara Bean was born in North Carolina. Her family moved to Los Angeles, California where she completed her formal education. Married to the Elder Leslie Bean for nearly 50 years. They have five adult children: Kevin, Karen, Da'Niel, Ola and Les Jr. Evangelist Bean was called to the ministry in April 1969 and has ministered on skid row, boy's camps, women's prison, convalescent homes, television, radio, ministering in the Virgin Islands, Freeport Haiti, as well as locally.
