lessons learned is a collection of poems that I wrote during the last year that chronicles a rather tough period of time for myself. From love to heartache this book of poetry covers it all. There were a lot of ups and downs that inspired this book, and writing/collecting these poems have helped me save myself. lessons learned is all about finding ourselves in our darkest of times, and helps us overcome the darkness and bringing us back into the light. It's all about how we process our trauma and move on from it.
