Colin Bateman's original screenplay is published for the first time, together with an extended introduction to the origins and making of the 2016 film, which was directed by Nick Hamm. The film was launched at the Venice International Film Festival and then had its North American premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. It starred Timothy Spall and Colm Meaney.
