God IS almighty. Jesus IS Lord. He is sovereign - by the Bible definition of sovereignty. What God says in His Word, is "forever settled in Heaven" (Psalm 119:89). However, in the religious world, there is another definition of sovereignty that seems to call into question, God's dependability - His integrity. That kind of sovereignty says that God is in control, in the earth today, to the extent that everything that happens is according to His divine will, for His own mysterious reason. There is a huge difference between these two views of God's of sovereignty. One of them is Biblical and one is not. Read this book and learn the difference.

God created mankind in His image and crowned him with glory and honor. He created us to have dominion over the works of His hands. Jesus gave the church, which is His body, His Name and its authority. God wants us to know our dominion and how to operate in the authority that we have as believers in Jesus Christ. This is the subject of this book.

This book consists of the two New Testament letters that Luke wrote to Theophilus: "The Gospel According to St. Luke" and "Acts". They are presented in the King James Version, except that chapter and verse numbers are removed and the text appears in paragraph form. This is done in order to make the words more fluid for the sake of reading. When we see the chapter and verse numbers to which we are accustomed to following in the Bible, it is easy to break down or fragment some of the thoughts. This is the reason I have put them together in this way. I have not changed any of the words. I am presenting them to you exactly as you will find them in your King James Bible, except of course without the numbers that were added by translators. I have made paragraph indentations where the chapters were numbered. Nothing else is altered.. These books of the New Testament, inspired by the Holy Ghost and penned by Luke, are here presented as letters.

John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believeth on Him should not perish but have everlasting life." It is one of the most memorized and frequently quoted verses of Scripture. In this one little verse, Jesus tells us the greatest thing about God, the greatest thing that God ever did and the greatest thing that ever happened to YOU. This GREATEST thing is the subject of this book.

The greatest story ever told is about how God loved the world so much that He gave Jesus to come and die in our place. Jesus Christ, God's Only Begotten Son, took our place on the cross so that we could have His place in the family of God. At this very moment, there are many who cry out for help, who cry out for love, who cry out for understanding. Some turn to world religions and the occult in an attempt to satisfy the God consciousness that is in the heart of all people. Some of God's own children slave under a yoke of bondage, not knowing that Jesus has set them free. The greatest story ever told is the one that tells of needed help - the solution to man's problems - the answers to man's great questions. That story is the simple message of Jesus Christ and Him crucified. It brings faith for salvation to the sinner, liberty to the captive, and abundant life for the believer. The simple Gospel of who Jesus is and what He did reveals the complete redemption purchased by His sacrifice and the free gift of righteousness. This book is about that "gift of Righteousness" - the right standing that has been bought and paid for by Jesus Christ and that is now offered from the heart of the Father God. It is not just about the force of righteousness or the reality of righteousness, but about the "gift" of righteousness.

From the creation of man until the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus and until now, God has never intended us to see living for Him as adherence to rules and regulations. How many people have you known who undertake as much church related activities as possible, in effort to please the Lord? Yet Hebrews 11:6 says that without FAITH, it's impossible to please Him. Most assuredly, living for God involves activity but our faith is in Him. We are His children, born of His Spirit and empowered to serve because of HIS life in us. Romans 7:6 says that we serve, not in the oldness of the letter (or by written rules) but in the "newness of the Spirit". This is the essence of the New Covenant in the Blood of Jesus - the Father and His family. Hebrews 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; This is the New Covenant that was foretold by the prophet Jeremiah (Jeremiah 31:33). How difficult it must have been at that time to understand how this could happen - God's law written on our hearts and in our minds. This is the "life in the Spirit" that was foretold and is now revealed. This book brings you, in paragraph version, without chapter and verse numbers, sections of the New Testament that tell us about this new life.

Believing God requires a choice on our part. Colossians 1:13 tells us that God has delivered us from the authority of darkness and translated us into the Kingdom of His dear Son. We are now in God's Kingdom. However, the natural world still competes for our attention. What we see, what we hear and feel try to put pressure on us to conform us to the world system and the worldly kingdom's way of believing, saying and doing things. Even as born again Christians, we must choose what to believe and choose which system to follow. When we accept what God says and choose to follow the principles of His Word, we release God's power and position ourselves to receive the fullness of His provision in every area of life. That is the choice of faith, the subject of this book.

Church isn't a place we go. It's who we are. God doesn't dwell in buildings with a street address or "temples made with hands". In 1 Corinthians 3:16, the Apostle Paul, by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, wrote, "Don't you know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?" We are all members of one supernatural body, with Christ as the Head. The present day ministry of this supernatural body, empowered by the Holy Spirit, is the subject of this book.

This book is about various Spiritual gifts, primarily about the nine listed in 1 Corinthians 12. Since the early 20th century move of God known as the Azusa Street Revival, there has been a great deal of study and writing about the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Since that time, vast numbers of people have received the "blessing of Pentecost", or the baptism with the Holy Spirit. There is a continual stream of new believers and new recipients of the Holy Spirit baptism who need to be taught. The author's goal is to explain the gifts of the Spirit, what they are, how they work and how they operate together.

The New Testament has many verses that feature the phrases "IN HIM", "IN CHRIST", "IN THE BELOVED", and so on. There are also many that, while not containing one of these specific phrases but still tell you what you have and what you can do because you are "IN CHRIST". This book contains 186 of these scripture passages, in five Bible Translations, for clarity and comparison. Philemon 1:6 says that the communication of our faith is made effectual by acknowledging every good thing that is in us, IN CHRIST. I suggest that you read these passages and meditate on them daily. Realize that God wants you to know these things.

Through the finished, redemptive work of Jesus Christ, the Father God provided everything that we need for Him to fulfill His plan in the earth through us and for us to live out our days on the earth in the abundance that Jesus came to provide (John 10:10). This includes healing for our bodies. Everything that God did for us is received by faith. Faith in God comes from hearing and hearing and hearing, what God says about it. Faith for salvation comes from hearing that Jesus provides a new birth for us. The exact same way, faith for healing in our bodies, comes from hearing what God did through Jesus to provide healing for us.

Throughout the pages of the Bible we see God working in and through the lives of His people. God uses people. He is working in your life today. "Kingdom" means, "the dominion of a king". It is not a place but a government. The word "intention" means, "something intended; an aim or a plan". It is also a motive, as in a person who means well having "good intentions". The motives, as well as the plans of a king, are "kingdom intentions". Citizens of God's Kingdom must operate the principles of the Kingdom with proficiency. To do so, we must not only follow His plans and directives but also align ourselves with His motives and make His intentions our own. That is the subject of this book.

Every person who is born again by faith in Jesus Christ, has the Holy Spirit living in him or her. However, the Bible teaches a separate experience we call "receiving the Holy Spirit", or more accurately, the "Baptism in the Holy Spirit". This is a lesson about receiving this Baptism in the Holy Spirit, in the Scriptural way, with the Scriptural evidence.
