A fire rages in a flat in an otherwise cold, dreary high rise flat in Leeds. As firefighters tackle the blaze, they find a young girl slumped behind the door. Was it a tragic accident or something else? But more importantly, what was the teen runaway daughter of the director of a pharmaceutical giant doing there anyway?
Inman sets fires for money. Upset by his latest deed, a crime family pays another fire setter to find and kill him. The failed attempt starts a battle between the two hired torches, leaving a trail of destruction for the Boston Arson Squad to figure out. Meanwhile, the gruesome Axman strikes again, cutting the head, hands and feet of his victims and setting their wealthy homes on fire.
