Life is a journey! And the good news is, we are not alone! Not only is God among us, but He is also with us! He moves us if we will allow Him to. At some point along the way, we must choose what paths to take. We can go it alone, thinking we are on our own, which tends to be the broader way, or we can listen for the sound of God calling us to a particular path for His good purpose that He has planned, even before time began. Believe it! My prayer for you today is to know, there is a well-lit path through the darkness as well as the day, taking us far-far away... higher than we can ever have imagined. "It will dawn on you," is what you are likely to hear from this not-so-shy southern girl, from Nashville, TN. Mostly, Dawn is an encourager at heart, wanting others to know the love of Christ, tapping into His mercy and grace that abounds. It will dawn on you that life is a journey! Dawn has become so passionate about her message, wearing pink patent hiking boots, she goes from one women''s group to another, speaking on these principles that have helped her regain spiritual insights we can all use to get going!Dawn works in an independent medical practice, as a board-certified, registered nurse geriatric care-manager in the Nashville area. Dawn helps navigate pathways to those caring for aging loved ones, who seek elder-care expertise. Volunteering her time, Dawn is a staunch elderly advocate, facilitating a care-giver support group at a local church, through the Tennessee Chapter of the Alzheimer''s Association. Dawn is dually certified as both an acute hospital nurse case manager through C.M.S.A. (Case Manager Society of America), and an aging life care professional, through A.L.C.A. (Aging Life Care Association), formerly known as N.A.P.G.C.M. (National Association of Geriatric Care Managers). Leaning on God''s directing, Dawn helps countless families every day. With her sweet husband Hugh (Prince Charming) at her side, Dawn feels like Snow White with seven adorable grandchildren blessing their lives!

That's what I like to say as a personal slogan, anyway! To be sure, life is a one way journey although certain scenes feel very familiar. At the dawning of every new day is a chance to breathe in an attitude of gratitude so to influence others. Charles Stanley, an inspirational Christian preacher once asked; "Who's life is my life influencing...who's influencing my life?" Your life does has a purpose and meaning! With an attitude of gratitude I write in journals, sharing insights- in hopes of encouraging readers to take a little time off the beaten path to find some authentic thoughts, stirred by infusing honest assertions about this wonderful journey we are on called Life!
