Wesley T. Leonard, was born in Tallahassee, Florida, and has been preaching the gospel since 1985. He currently serves as Senior Minister of the Southside Church of Christ in Orlando, Florida, and has been there since December 1999. Throughout this period, the congregation has experienced tremendous growth. Previously, he served as Minister at the Springhill Road Church of Christ in Tallahassee, Florida. Brother Leonard was employed with Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare for 18 years. He was a Certified Surgical Technologist for 17 years, as a member of the Heart Transplant Unit where he served as Team Leader and Procurement Coordinator. He was affectionately known as the man who worked on hearts “physically” and “spiritually.”He has been married to the former Pamela Hadley since August 30, 1980. They have been blessed with 2 children, Johnathan Wesley, and Briana LeeAnn, and beautiful grandson Cailen Wesley Skinner.
