In diesem Beitrag soll gezeigt werden, wie sich das Angebot an Kakaobohnen (Theobroma cacao) in der Gemeinde Altamira im Südwesten des Bundesstaates Pará im Zeitraum von 1994 bis 2015 entwickelt hat. Die Studie basiert auf einer theoretischen Grundlage in Bezug auf das Angebot und statistische Theorien und stützt sich auf die nationale öffentliche Datenbank des automatischen Wiedergewinnungssystems des IBGE (SIDRA), in der alle Daten mit Hilfe von Excel-Software verarbeitet wurden. Am Ende der Fallstudien wurde festgestellt, wie empfindlich die Produktion von Kakaobohnen in der Gemeinde auf Schwankungen des Durchschnittspreises des Produkts reagiert.

The aim of this paper is to show how the supply of cocoa beans (Theobroma cacao) was presented in the municipality of Altamira, located in the south-western region of the state of Pará, in the period from 1994 to 2015. Using a theoretical basis in supply and statistical theories, the study was based on the national public database provided by the IBGE Automatic Recovery System (SIDRA), where all the data was processed using Excel software. At the end of the case studies, the sensitivity to which the production of cocoa beans in the municipality is subject due to variations in the average price of the product was realised.

L'objectif de cet article est de montrer comment l'offre de fèves de cacao (Theobroma cacao) s'est présentée dans la municipalité d'Altamira, située dans la région sud-ouest de l'État du Pará, au cours de la période allant de 1994 à 2015. Sur la base de théories de l'offre et de théories statistiques, l'étude s'est appuyée sur la base de données publique nationale fournie par le système de récupération automatique de l'IBGE (SIDRA), où toutes les données ont été traitées à l'aide du logiciel Excel. A l'issue des études de cas, la sensibilité de la production de fèves de cacao dans la commune aux variations du prix moyen du produit a été réalisée.

L'obiettivo di questo lavoro è mostrare come si è presentata l'offerta di semi di cacao (Theobroma cacao) nel comune di Altamira, situato nella regione sud-occidentale dello Stato del Pará, nel periodo compreso tra il 1994 e il 2015. Utilizzando una base teorica in materia di approvvigionamento e teorie statistiche, lo studio si è basato sulla banca dati nazionale pubblica fornita dal Sistema di Recupero Automatico IBGE (SIDRA), dove tutti i dati sono stati elaborati utilizzando il software Excel. Al termine dei casi di studio, è stata rilevata la sensibilità a cui è soggetta la produzione di semi di cacao nel comune a causa delle variazioni del prezzo medio del prodotto.
