There are those who admit that the term "Congolese Tutsis" is an adaptation of the Rwandan refugees in the DRC, and others who admit that the Congolese nationality of the Tutsis is a legal question. Thus, through this study we have demonstrated the historical character of the nationality of the Tutsis, its sociological and legal character, and the competence of the Congolese state to attribute this nationality.The nationality of Congolese Tutsis has provoked the involvement of foreign countries (Rwanda, Uganda and Burundi), which continues to this day with the M23, and other Tutsi rebel groups supported by foreign countries.

C'è chi ammette che il termine "Tutsi congolesi" è un adattamento dei rifugiati ruandesi nella RDC, e chi ammette che la nazionalità congolese dei Tutsi è una questione giuridica. Attraverso questo studio abbiamo quindi dimostrato il carattere storico della nazionalità dei Tutsi, il suo carattere sociologico e giuridico e la competenza dello Stato congolese nell'attribuire questa nazionalità.La nazionalità dei tutsi congolesi ha provocato il coinvolgimento di Paesi stranieri (Ruanda, Uganda e Burundi), che continua ancora oggi con l'M23 e altri gruppi ribelli tutsi sostenuti da Paesi stranieri.

Die Frage nach der Nationalität der kongolesischen Tutsi wird heute von kongolesischen Wissenschaftlern kontrovers diskutiert. Einige geben zu, dass der Begriff "kongolesische Tutsi" eine Anpassung an die ruandischen Flüchtlinge in der DR Kongo ist, während andere zugeben, dass die kongolesische Nationalität der Tutsi eine rechtliche Frage ist. So haben wir durch diese Studie den historischen Charakter der Tutsi-Nationalität, ihren soziologischen und rechtlichen Charakter sowie die Zuständigkeit des kongolesischen Staates für die Verleihung dieser Nationalität nachgewiesen.Die Nationalität der kongolesischen Tutsi führte zur Beteiligung ausländischer Staaten (Ruanda, Uganda und Burundi), was sich bis heute mit der M23 und anderen Tutsi-Rebellengruppen, die von ausländischen Staaten unterstützt werden, fortsetzt.
