A gestão do litoral é uma prioridade do sistema de governança das autoridades governamentais, da Câmara Municipal de Guédiawaye e dos conselhos distritais envolvidos, e foi expressa em várias ocasiões, nomeadamente no projecto de cidade, no projecto de Agenda 21 local, no Programa de Acções para a Salvaguarda e o Desenvolvimento das Zonas Niayes e Verde de Dakar (PASDUNES) e no Plano Director de Desenvolvimento do Senegal (PDAS). Este estudo visa contribuir para a análise do fenómeno, fornecendo aos profissionais elementos que lhes permitirão compreender melhor o problema, a fim de encarar uma luta sustentável. Este estudo fixou objectivos específicos relativos a: analisar o quadro físico e humano do local para compreender as interacções que contribuem para a degradação progressiva do ambiente; analisar os diferentes elementos que contribuem para a degradação do ambiente global dos niayes; evidenciar propostas tecnicamente exequíveis, economicamente viáveis e socialmente aceites e contribuir para a instauração de um sistema de produção sustentável orientado para o desenvolvimento local auto-sustentado.

La gestione del litorale è una priorità nel sistema di governance delle autorità governative, del Comune di Guédiawaye e dei consigli distrettuali interessati, ed è stata espressa in diverse occasioni, in particolare nel progetto di città, nel progetto di Agenda 21 locale, nel Programma di Azioni per la Salvaguardia e lo Sviluppo delle Zone Niayes e Verdi di Dakar (PASDUNES) e nel Piano Regolatore di Sviluppo del Senegal (PDAS). Questo studio si propone di contribuire all'analisi del fenomeno fornendo ai professionisti elementi che consentano loro di comprendere meglio il problema al fine di ipotizzare una lotta sostenibile. Questo studio si è posto obiettivi specifici relativi a: analizzare il quadro fisico e umano del sito per comprendere le interazioni che contribuiscono al progressivo degrado dell'ambiente; analizzare i vari elementi che contribuiscono al degrado dell'ambiente complessivo delle niayes; evidenziare proposte tecnicamente fattibili, economicamente sostenibili e socialmente accettate e contribuire alla creazione di un sistema produttivo sostenibile orientato allo sviluppo locale autosufficiente.

The management of the coastline is a priority in the system of governance for the government authorities, the Guédiawaye City Hall and the district town halls concerned, manifested on several occasions, notably the city project, the local Agenda 21 project, the Programme d'Actions pour la Sauvegarde et le Développement des Niayes et zones vertes de Dakar (PASDUNES) (Action Program for the Safeguarding and Development of the Niayes and Green Zones of Dakar), and the Plan Directeur d'Aménagement du Sénégal (PDAS) (Senegalese Master Plan for Development). This study aims to contribute to the analysis of the phenomenon by providing professionals with elements that will allow them to better understand the problem in order to envisage a sustainable fight. This study sets specific objectives relating to: analyzing the physical and human framework of the site in order to grasp their interactions that contribute to the progressive degradation of the environment; analyzing the various elements that contribute to the degradation of the overall environment of the niayes; highlighting technically feasible, economically viable and socially accepted proposals and contributing to the establishment of a sustainable production system oriented towards self-sustaining local development.

Das Küstenmanagement ist eine Priorität im Regierungssystem der Regierung, der Stadtverwaltung von Guédiawaye und der betroffenen Bezirksverwaltungen, die bei verschiedenen Gelegenheiten wie dem Stadtprojekt, dem Projekt Lokale Agenda 21, dem Aktionsprogramm für den Schutz und die Entwicklung der Niayes und Grünzonen von Dakar (PASDUNES) und dem Plan Directeur d'Aménagement du Sénégal (PDAS) zum Ausdruck kommt. Diese Studie soll einen Beitrag zur Analyse des Phänomens leisten, indem sie Fachleuten Elemente zur Verfügung stellt, die es ihnen ermöglichen, das Problem besser zu erfassen, um eine nachhaltige Bekämpfung in Betracht zu ziehen. Die Studie hat folgende spezifische Ziele: Analyse der physischen und menschlichen Rahmenbedingungen des Standorts, um ihre Wechselwirkungen zu erfassen, die zur fortschreitenden Verschlechterung der Umwelt beitragen; Analyse der verschiedenen Elemente, die zur Verschlechterung der Gesamtumwelt der Niayes beitragen; Aufzeigen von technisch realisierbaren, wirtschaftlich tragfähigen und sozial akzeptierten Vorschlägen, die zur Einführung eines nachhaltigen Produktionssystems beitragen, das auf eine selbsttragende lokale Entwicklung ausgerichtet ist.
