Vinny Armstrong is thirteen. On a school skiing holiday to France an avalanche sucks him into a world beneath the snow. This is Snowwhere, dedicated to the supremacy of skiing. He is to help the Snowwhere 'authorities' rid the slopes of snowboarders.
