This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 27th International Conference on Enterprise Design, Operations, and Computing, EDOC 2023, held in Groningen, The Netherlands, during October 30¿November 3, 2023.The 12 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 36submissions. This book constitutes revised selected papers from the international workshops, the EDOC Forum and the Demonstration and Doctoral Consortium track, that were held at the 26th International Conference on Enterprise Design, Operations, and Computing, EDOC 2022. The conference took place in Bozen-Bolzano, Italy, during October 3¿7, 2022.The conference focuses on the area of enterprise computing, this year with the special emphasis on the theme of designing and operating ¿Flexible Enterprises¿.
