Questo libro servirà come strumento di riferimento per qualsiasi ricercatore nel campo delle reti e delle telecomunicazioni per familiarizzare con le tecniche di informazione e comunicazione e per incoraggiare coloro che desiderano entrare in questo campo. Questo lavoro è una dimostrazione delle conoscenze acquisite durante la nostra formazione in informatica, nello specifico in reti e telecomunicazioni, ma anche una pratica di ricerca scientifica. Questo lavoro consentirà anche di migliorare il sistema di informazione e comunicazione, sia tecnico che amministrativo, attraverso i mezzi di comunicazione, in modo che l'INSS possa scambiare informazioni all'interno della sua rete. Il libro è diviso in tre capitoli: Il primo è dedicato alle Generalità e all'Ambito di applicazione; il secondo è dedicato all'Analisi e alla Progettazione del nuovo sistema e l'ultimo capitolo, il terzo, è dedicato alle Discussioni e alle Raccomandazioni.

Este livro servirá como instrumento de referência para qualquer investigador no domínio das redes e das telecomunicações, para se familiarizar com as técnicas de informação e comunicação e para encorajar aqueles que pretendem entrar neste domínio. Esta obra é uma demonstração dos nossos conhecimentos adquiridos durante a nossa formação em informática, especificamente em redes e telecomunicações, mas também uma prática de investigação científica. Este trabalho também permitirá a melhoria do sistema de informação e comunicação, tanto técnico quanto administrativo, através dos meios de comunicação, para que o INSS possa trocar informações internamente em sua inter-rede. O livro está dividido em três capítulos: O primeiro é sobre Generalidades e Abrangência; o segundo é sobre Análise e Conceção do Novo Sistema e o último capítulo, que é o terceiro, focará em Discussões e Recomendações.

This book will serve as a reference tool for any researcher in the field of networking and telecommunications to familiarise themselves with information and communication techniques and to encourage those who wish to enter this field. This work is a demonstration of our knowledge acquired during our training in computer science, specifically in networking and telecommunications, but also a practice of scientific research. This work will also enable the improvement of the information and communication system, both technical and administrative, by means of the media, so that the INSS can exchange information internally on its inter-network. The book is divided into three chapters: The first is on Generalities and Scope; the second is on Analysis and Design of the New System and the final chapter which is the third will focus on Discussions and Recommendations.

Dieses Buch soll allen Forschern im Bereich der Netzwerktechnik und Telekommunikation als Nachschlagewerk dienen, um sich mit den Informations- und Kommunikationstechniken vertraut zu machen und Informationen zu vermitteln, die sich in diesem Bereich engagieren möchten. Diese Arbeit ist eine Manifestation unserer Kenntnisse, die wir während unserer Ausbildung in Informatik und Telekommunikation erworben haben, aber auch eine Praxis der wissenschaftlichen Forschung. Diese Arbeit wird auch die Verbesserung des Informations- und Kommunikationssystems, sowohl technisch als auch administrativ, durch Medien ermöglichen, so dass das INSS seine Informationen intern über sein Inter-Netzwerk austauschen kann. Das Buch ist in drei Kapitel unterteilt: Das erste Kapitel befasst sich mit Allgemeines und Anwendungsbereich, das zweite mit Analyse und Design des neuen Systems und das letzte, dritte Kapitel befasst sich mit Diskussionen und Empfehlungen.
