Als Protagonist Jan Nebenfrost erzähle ich, wie es mir gelang, aus dem Strudel der Sucht zu entkommen. Im Rahmen der Alkoholsucht erlebte ich viel lustiges aber auch viel peinliches. Dennoch wollte ich meine Vergangenheit teilen und nicht vorenthalten. Das Buch ist nicht dick aber es ist gut.
