When high school student Kara goes to Silver Pine Hospital for a new surgery doctors promise will save her eyesight, she knows nothing of the evil that has been lurking under the hospital for decades. After she goes missing from the recovery room in the middle of the day with no witnesses, police are left scratching their heads, unable to connect her disappearance to dozens of others. Kara's father, along with the hospital's kitchen staff, must try to put the pieces together on their own. Little do they know, they are powerless against the force that has claimed countless victims.
