In the early hours of a spring Sunday morning in 1995, a small spaceship lands on Banyon Lake in northeast Texas. The being who brought it there is hunting for the home of his ancient ancestors. What he finds is a world in which he is the hunted not only by the Federal government, but also by the local police for the murder of a policeman. Having been exiled from his planet and on the run on earth, he struggles to survive physically, emotionally and intellectually. His journey of exile and struggle changes the lives of everyone it touches on both planets. This is the story of The Alien Within.
