When her son Perry returns to town, she is forced to welcome him back into the company. Perry starts up a friendship with Lucy Kingsley the business partner of the missing in action Vivica Weston-Fitzpatrick-Knight-Fitzpatrick-Fitzpatrick possibly soon to be Knight again if her maid and best friend Holly is able to find her. Her fiancé and the longtime love of her life Cliff Knight has had no success in finding her himself. Meanwhile, Lucy’s younger sister Langley struggles to keep her romance with Vivica’s son and Margot’s nephew Brad as their views on life are entirely different. It doesn’t help when Brad’s cousin and best friend Harry Knight start a friendship and possible relationship with mobster’s son Preston Costa.
