È opinione condivisa che i sintomi principali dell'ADHD giochino un ruolo decisivo nell'emergere dei problemi associati nel contesto scolastico. Allo stesso tempo, la letteratura sottolinea che l'alto grado di comorbilità nell'ADHD peggiora la prognosi in questo ambito. Dobbiamo saperlo per poter intervenire.

ADHS ist eines der am besten erforschten Probleme der kindlichen Entwicklung, das in den letzten Jahren ein ungewöhnliches Interesse in der wissenschaftlichen Gemeinschaft, aber auch bei anderen Akteuren, die eng mit dieser Störung leben, wie Ärzten, Psychologen, Lehrern, Erziehern und Eltern dieser Kinder, geweckt hat. Trotz bedeutender wissenschaftlicher Fortschritte und einer breiten Öffentlichkeitsarbeit handelt es sich immer noch um ein Thema, das von Mythen und Missverständnissen umwoben ist, die einer Klärung bedürfen, um Schüler mit ADHS besser zu verstehen und so eine angemessene schulische Beratung für diese Kinder zu gewährleisten und auch einen wichtigen Beitrag für diejenigen zu leisten, die täglich mit dem Problem zu tun haben, wie z. B. Lehrer, deren Wissen über diese Störung empirisch ist und deren Handlungen/Beziehungen zu diesen Schülern intuitiv und meistens nicht die angemessensten sind. Es besteht ein Konsens darüber, dass die Kernsymptome von ADHS eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Entstehung der damit verbundenen Probleme im schulischen Kontext spielen. Gleichzeitig wird in der Literatur betont, dass der hohe Grad an Komorbidität bei ADHS die Prognose in diesem Bereich verschlechtert. Das müssen wir wissen, um eingreifen zu können.

At the same time, the literature highlights that the high degree of comorbidity in ADHD worsens its prognosis in this area. We need to know in order to intervene.

Le TDAH est l'un des problèmes de développement de l'enfant les plus étudiés, qui a suscité ces dernières années un intérêt inhabituel au sein de la communauté scientifique, mais aussi parmi les autres acteurs qui vivent de près ce trouble, tels que les médecins, les psychologues, les enseignants, les éducateurs et les parents de ces enfants. Malgré d'importantes avancées scientifiques et une large publicité, nous parlons toujours d'un sujet entouré de mythes et d'idées fausses qui nécessitent une clarification afin de mieux comprendre les élèves atteints de TDAH, ce qui permet de garantir une orientation scolaire appropriée pour ces enfants et d'apporter une contribution importante à ceux qui sont confrontés au problème au quotidien, comme les enseignants, dont les connaissances sur ce trouble sont empiriques et dont les actions/relations avec ces élèves sont intuitives et, la plupart du temps, pas des plus adéquates. Il existe un consensus sur le fait que les symptômes centraux du TDAH jouent un rôle décisif dans l'émergence de problèmes associés dans le contexte scolaire. En même temps, la littérature souligne que le degré élevé de comorbidité du TDAH aggrave son pronostic dans ce domaine. Il faut le savoir pour pouvoir intervenir.
