Luverta is thankful and grateful that God did not allow her past to define who she is nor dictate her future. She thanks God for His grace and mercy that has allowed her to mentor children, teenagers and young adults for over 24 years. Her love for Jesus Christ started at a young age serving in the church, being a part of praise and worship ministry and outreach ministry. Luverta roots were established at her home church, Mt. Tabor A.M.E. Zion Church where she faithfully served for 45 years. Praise God that her Leaders at "The Master's Next Dimension Church" where she has been a member for the last 3 years.
