Industry 4.0 (I4.0) is increasingly present in the academic and industrial environment, however, there are still barriers and difficulties for its implementation. Technology Transfer (TT) has a relevant role as a facilitator in the digital transformation process and is directly linked to the importance of increasing the knowledge base in I4.0 technologies. In this sense, this study aimed to develop a maturity model of Industry 4.0, where Technology Transfer influences its maturity level, in order to facilitate its implementation. For this, first a Conceptual Framework that presents the existing influence between TT and I4.0 was carried out, developed from a vast literature review. To prove this framework, the I4.0-TT Maturity Model was developed. This model was based on the DEMATEL multi-criteria method, because it is based on the influence between the factors (I4.0 and TT) and their dimensions. The results showed that there is indeed a mutual influence between these two factors. TT can be seen as a strategy for the implementation of 4.0 concepts and technologies to occur more easily.

L'Industria 4.0 (I4.0) è sempre più presente nell'ambiente accademico e industriale, tuttavia esistono ancora barriere e difficoltà per la sua implementazione. Il trasferimento tecnologico (TT) svolge un ruolo rilevante come facilitatore nel processo di trasformazione digitale ed è direttamente collegato all'importanza di aumentare la base di conoscenze sulle tecnologie I4.0. In questo senso, il presente studio si propone di sviluppare un modello di maturità dell'Industria 4.0, in cui il Trasferimento Tecnologico influisce sul suo livello di maturità, al fine di facilitarne l'implementazione. A tal fine, è stato prima realizzato un quadro concettuale che presenta l'influenza esistente tra il trasferimento tecnologico e l'I4.0, sviluppato a partire da un'ampia revisione della letteratura. Per dimostrare questo quadro, è stato sviluppato il Modello di Maturità I4.0-TT. Questo modello è stato realizzato con il metodo multicriteriale DEMATEL, perché si basa sull'influenza tra i fattori (I4.0 e TT) e le loro dimensioni. I risultati hanno dimostrato che esiste effettivamente un'influenza reciproca tra questi due fattori. Il TT può essere visto come una strategia per l'implementazione dei concetti e delle tecnologie 4.0 in modo più semplice.
