Ces variables comprennent le travail à domicile, la transformation de la main-d'¿uvre, la transformation numérique, le changement technologique, l'effet psychologique, l'inquiétude liée à l'incertitude, le changement de comportement du consommateur, la politique et l'intervention du gouvernement et l'ajustement de l'entreprise.
