Many years before marijuana was legalized, industrialized, homogenized, and regulated, hearty visionaries grew their plants in the wilderness of Hawaii. Outlaws by definition, they defied law enforcement, politicians, thugs, violent nature, and a powerful criminal syndicate to create the nascent domestic marijuana industry.
