This book intends to analyze the influence of teacher's motivation towards learners' achievement in Rwanda, especially in Gitambi sector secondary schools located in Rusizi district. The main objective of this study included: investigating how teacher's motivation influences learners¿ achievement in Rwanda, especially at Gitambi sector secondary schools in Rusizi district. The specific objectives were; to identify the types of motivation that led to learners¿ achievement in Gitambi sector secondary schools.
