First Congregation Sons of Israel has been worshipping in the same synagogue continuously since it was inaugurated 100 years ago. That makes it the oldest in Florida, and the object of great celebration. This book traces the origins of the congregation and the beautiful building in downtown St. Augustine, a city that venerates its history, dating back to 1565. The synagogue founders arrived in Florida near the end of the 19th century, fleeing poverty and persecution in Eastern Europe. In St. Augustine they found a city growing rapidly with the advent of a new railroad and luxury hotels built by mega-developer Henry Flagler. The rest, as they say, is history.

The fourth book [season] of a continuing story about four friends (Keisha, Zoi', Diane, and AJ). Zoi' and Keisha role play during their sexual escapades. Zoi' finds out what happens when she plays hooky from church just to hang out with her friends, and Keisha decides to withhold sex from Zoi in order to get her to act right. Meanwhile, AJ tries to redeem herself after getting caught cheating on Diane, her wife of ten years who just happens to be pregnant with their child. Diane goes into labor and opts for a Lamaze partner other than AJ to help her deliver her son. Later, Diane pays AJ back further when Diane and her long-time friend Boston enjoy a sexual "moment" -- Diane and Boston have passionate sex (a brief fling), but then they go their separate ways. But then Diane turns around within hours and fucks AJ . . . Hmmm. How does that work?

The follow up --"Girls Like Us! Season 2" --is an upbeat romance drama sequel to "Girls Like Us! Season1";It continues to showcase Zoi' and Keisha's deep love and affection for one another even though they are now separated. Zoi'' and AJ, (Keisha's sister)who are best friends, but fail out because Zoi' had an affair with Keisha without AJ's knowledge makes amends just in time to comfort Keisha after she is brutally sexually abused by her drug addled, but politically connected and rich girlfriend "Kinnock ", aka Shannon Payne.

It is probable that in 1979 we entered a new period of significant earthquake activity akin to the age before 1911. Geologists are now afraid that the strain along the faults has built up again and that further major earthquakes are likely.
