    Do you have a weight problem? Do you look in the mirror every day and hate what you see? Do you avoid looking in the mirror because you don't like what you know will be reflected? Do you secretly envy skinny, bikini-clad women and wish desperately you could be like them?I used to say yes to all of the above!I started putting on weight from around the age of five and by the time I was 33, I was at my heaviest at over 180kg. Long story short (you can read my first book for the long story), I lost 100kg by changing my lifestyle, starting with my nutrition. I learned so much over my 100kg weight release journey but the learning didn't stop there. I have learned so much MORE since.
