This special 2024 Edited edition contains new information focusing on my move from New York to Southern California picking up where my last book Covert Harassment Not Just 5G left off. It also represents my 20 year anniversary of electronic harassment. The Pentagon calls it Directed Energy Intermediate Force Capabilities (DE IFC). You'll read about my harrowing true account of being stalked and harassed with "pain inducing" directed energy that the FBI calls a "disruption." Since the writing of my books the targeting has become worse and occurs on a daily basis with very few breaks. In Los Angels I can feel it driving around in my car where there's audible pulses. They sound like BBs or raindrops hitting the dashboard followed by the sensation of pain to my stomach region causing incontanance where I have to use passive shielding padding my clothes. I even detected these intermittent pulses using balloons placed in another vehicle. It's interesting to note "pulsed microwaves" has been speculated as cause to the Havana Syndrome. I've used a thin sheet of mylar placed over me and I recorded video of sharp very movements to the mylar where there is a crackling noise during strong periods of directed energy targeting. The targeting appears to be a form of no-touch torture or what is termed "white torture" where the intention is to cause sleep deprivation and fatigue. My attempts to reach out to my elected officials and the media have gone on deaf ears. This has always been followed by retaliation in the form of more intense directed energy attacks that represents a true form of despotism. The State Department refers civilians reporting 'Anomalous Health Incidents' to the FBI who do nothing and direct the concerned citizen back to the police. Unfortunately the FBI and law enforcement may be the actual culprits with many targeted individuals reporting involuntary institutionalization when approaching the police and as described in my previous book a defense posture when reporting it to police precincts in NYC. 'Anomalous Health Incidents' is another euphemism by our government meant to sound vague with very little to no reference to directed energy that been speculated as the cause of the Havana Syndrome. I believe this is the case due to the desire to further proliferate or mature directed energy weapons (DEWs). The research arm of the DoJ, the National Institute of Justice wanted to put a smaller, solid state directed energy (SS DE) in the hands of law enforcement according to articles over a decade ago. Millimeter wave pain inducing ray guns like Active Denial by defense contractor Raytheon was too controversial to use publicly. I make the strong case in this book that it has been further developed and used against guinea pigs like me and a targeted family member - my elderly mother. I also point out how I believe directed energy has been placed around major cities probably as a defense against attacks on critical infrastructure but abused by the authorities. What I describe in this book points to something some may find disturbing - the slippery slope of tyranny. An alarmist dystopian government in a period of decline that people should worry about. It's not only big brother watching you but physically abusing and harassing targeted citizens using military tactics like Directed Energy Intermediate Force Capabilities (IFC). One has to ask will shooting people with pain beams be more common place in the future?

Stephen Watson conjures up memories of his childhood from the late 1970s, to the 1980s playing with neighbor friends, to the adolescent early in the 1990s. He grew up poor in a large family with many siblings. Sometimes his grandparents helping out when his Dad got fired from jobs. They were a big influence on his big sister who went on to do well in art passing the time growing up poor drawing Anime. It was a childhood growing up in the post modern world.
