These are just some of the wonderful images discovered by the author and his collaborators in this book, the fruits of exhaustive research to uncover the mysteries that float on the surfaces of beverages, and cling to the sides of cups and glasses. In other words, an attempt to catalogue, in the language of poetry, a phenomenon familiar to us all. I welcome you, the reader, to the surreal world of the poetry of drinks.
