The tittle to this book may be surprising to many! For most active Church going folks, we normally associate the word deacon to a well-respected beloved individual. We usually would associate the word deacon as an honorary title. Over many years since the formation of deacons in the Book of Acts the word deacon stopped being a descriptor of the job of deacon and increasing became a title, much like aristocratic England. This is an intentional analogy. This was not the case in the early Church. Sadly, many deacons have become titled men rather than servant men. This tittle book is simplified call for God's deacons to rise and discard the title of Deacon and return to the Biblical mandate for deacons. And by their good works establish a framework for God's Revival Fire.

This idea came to me from God, and this is the way, I was led to do the book to get people back to reading the Bible Gods Words little at a time. People need to see and know how serious sin is, for sin is dangerous. After speaking from my heart and providing my husband with my real feelings. I could see from the expressions on his face that his ego had just been shattered into pieces. He never had to suffer from knowing my love could vanish away at an instance due to his cheating behaviors. I never expressed feelings of entrapment in our marriage either. And I sure didn't express my thoughts of us going nowhere. I would just sit back and let him do him. But to be honest, my marriage for years has reminded me daily of a demolition ball swinging into a building. And once the ball made contact, all the bricks of the structure came tumbling down not knowing where they would land. The only difference is, these bricks in my marriage landed right where they were supposed to. Leaving Derrick and I trapped in a pile of broken people and situations trying to squirm our way out. But unfortunately, because our structure was destructed by a ball, we can't get rid of. We can't do anything but accept a reality of staying trapped, right in the pile of rubbish we put ourselves in. Better yet, we may even have to push and maneuver ourselves around for the very people we said we loved but showed them different. It may even get so hectic, that our marriage may look to be going in the wrong direction. But could it actually allow us to live happily ever after? Who's to say. Maybe or maybe not! So, we think!

We are not children of perdition. We are children of light and not children of darkness. Jesus is our master, our friend, brother, mentor, and Lord. We are once with him. Alleluia. We are of God, born of God, cloned of God. Therefore, we are gods. Yes, we are gods. Amen. Praise God, our Father.
