Being asked to bless the local lifeboat is just business as usual for The Reverend Anna Maybury in her small parish at The Lizard. Delight, however, rapidly becomes dismay as one of the lifeboat crew goes missing. Over the summer the disappearance causes the lives of many of those who live on The Lizard to stutter and crash. Anna, in the middle of the maelstrom, is left wondering where to turn, until finally, she gets too close...Author Kirsty A. Wilmott lives in Wiltshire with her husband, and has been writing for over twenty years. This is her third novel in the Reverend Anna Maybury series.

This little volume is the combined effort of a small group of authors who responded to the request to write something 'From Inside'. Within these pages is something for everyone - fiction, prose and poetry - from the light to the deep. Our contributors range in age from 7 to 86, and come from all over. In some cases our authors wrote of the household quarantine imposed by the current pandemic, offering a unique insight into life at the moment. Some chose to think of happier times, or completely other subjects. Together, the pieces provide a perspective of our world today.

In October 2009, Wiltshire CCG decided that a young man with autism and a rare pituitary condition needed a carer, but then refused to commission the requisite care. This book presents the evidence of how the CCG lost their way over the next decade. A detailed analysis of the CCG's files shows how they ignored official guidance and the opinions of their own experts.Poor governance led to multiple process errors and conflicted decision making, until, in May 2018, a unique trial under the Equality Act brought the CCG to court.Their case collapsed even before they had presented any evidence, and, under a court order, they accepted the need to provide the appropriate care.
