Patrick Nickleson is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Cultural Studies at Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario. Chris Stover is a Research Fellow at the Ritmo Centre for Interdisciplinary Study in Rhythm Time and Motion and Affiliate Faculty in the Department of Musicology at the University of Oslo.
