Although the development of nuclear weapons by different countries was one of the reasons why extraterrestrial civilizations began visiting Earth in the World War II era, a more significant and far-reaching explanation exists. However, the truth was not shared for decades due to its disturbing nature. Only today do we know the whole truth. The Earth had become the epicenter of a temporal war involving a future galactic tyranny, whose origins lay in a secret agreement reached by Nazi Germany with a group of extraterrestrials called Draco Reptilians. This agreement resulted in establishing a breakaway German colony in Antarctica that soon gave birth to the nefarious Dark Fleet (Nachtwaffen), which aligned itself with the Draco's master plan for galactic conquest. After detecting the sudden emergence of galactic tyranny 350 years in the future, a group of extraterrestrials known as the Andromeda Council notified the Galactic Federation of Worlds and other freedom loving extraterrestrial organizations about the threat posed by contemporary events happening on Earth, its Moon, and Mars. Thus, a temporal war began involving different extraterrestrial federations, councils, and secret space programs, each striving to steer long-term events on Earth to prevent or bring about this sweeping tyranny that could overtake the galaxy. Both sides have used time travel technologies to influence key individuals, events, and movements on Earth. Operatives from each side have been embedded into different countries, especially aerospace companies, to help humans build advanced technologies for different secret space programs.>In Galactic Federations, Councils & Secret Space Programs (Book Seven of the Secret Space Program Series), Dr. Michael Salla gives a grand tour of the different extraterrestrial groups and secret space programs involved in the temporal war that has been silently raging around us, unknown to most of humanity. Importantly, he will highlight current events leading to the fulfillment of a very positive and exciting Star Trek future where humanity joins the Galactic community.

-dall' "Introduzione"

Joe Doyle is Ireland's number one business mentor for Tradesmen and the construction Industry. Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, Joe started off as a bricklayer before setting up his own construction business, which he ran for 10 years. Joe is now no longer involved in the construction industry but spends his time between his property investing activities and his Tradesman mentorship business, and is now one of the largest private landlords in West Dublin where he is based.Joe's client base consists of Tradesmen from all over Ireland and the UK, and his business mentorship service is designed specifically from what he learned on the tools and in business.Joe firmly believes that no Tradesman should depend exclusively on the construction industry to create wealth but should use their business purely as a vehicle for wealth creation, which in his instance is property investing.

"Medicine, Power, and the Law demonstrates that criminal and civil justice interact with medicine and public health more than is presently understood. The book focuses on the role of healthcare practitioners and an array of other professionals across industries in identifying wrongdoers, reporting behavior, and testifying on behalf of the state or government agencies. It also covers circumstances in which law enforcement relies on medicine for evidence or support in ways that compromise medical ethics. By reporting or testifying as experts, a range of people, from specialist pediatricians to flight attendants, can have a life-changing impact on individuals in the name of public health or medicine. People who work in hospitals, social work settings, and even airlines, often contribute to wrongful and aggressive criminal and civil actions against society's most vulnerable people, including parents, older adults, and people living with poverty. The book explores a number of examples, including police use of medicine as a restraint or the collection of blood as evidence and the risks of opting out of certain scientific discoveries, such as pharmaceuticals. It describes the harms that may come to those who engage in suboptimal but generally heretofore legal child-raising behaviors, and people opting to live independently as older adults. These can lead to civil and criminal charges when noticed by those in a position of power. Medicine, Power, and the Law is an important contribution for researchers and practitioners in medicine, the law, and the expanding field of bioethics."

All humor is philosophy. But Austrian linguist Ludwig Wittgenstein went further: "An entire treatise of philosophy could be written that consists entirely of jokes." Author Evan Hodkins similarly said: "The next religion will consist of an expansive catalog of humor." And Mexican poet Cesar Cruz added: "All art should comfort the disturbed, and disturb the comfortable."And now, dear reader, you have stumbled upon a very curious but very relatable collection of all-original humor that blends these ideas together into easy-to-digest, family-friendly, bite-sized nuggets -- known as "The Eisenberg Principles" -- one-sentence laughorisms!---From the Preface: It's rare to find a trifecta of thought streams and modalities as unexpectedly intertwined as what we find in this one-of-a-kind collection of original, one-sentence jokes, "laughorisms" known as The Eisenberg Principles. In these one-sentence vignettes, the fields of philosophy and psychology are married into uproariously funny trysts of paradoxical play, each one like a piece of brain-candy which is no less serious in its treatment of the human condition as it is absurd. We are not only afforded a chance to glimpse into the thoughts of this wondrously twisted thinker, we are challenged to follow him into the surprising and impossible rabbit holes of language he unearths on every page.F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote: "The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposing ideas in the mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function." This catalog of contradictions puts you through Fitzgerald's test, playing with the principles of paradox and polarity and taking you from the comforts of cliché to the chasms of contradiction with just a few strokes of a pen.
