When the word 'Manthan' comes to mind, the first thing that comes to mind is the sea created by God and demon after churning. Fourteen gems were successively obtained from this churning along with Jahal Halahla called Calcut. But first of all Calcutta poison will be eaten if it leaves. Then, one by one, the best items emerge from that churn and move. At last the nectar obtained. Similar process is also done while making ghee from milk. By adding the bleach in milk. Ghee is prepared by churning curd and churning butter. The manure that comes out means that in the churning process one thing is certain and that is the manure. This dirt comes out as soon as it comes out. Whatever the object may be, the dirt resides in it in an invisible form. And it leaves only churning. And unless it is drained, the good i.e. nectar cannot be obtained. Nectar is the symbol of excellence which cannot be obtained without the draining of Ghan, Garal, Mal. Even in this poetry collection, the process of churning has taken place unknowingly. In the form of mind, there is intelligence in the sea Brainstorming by Mathani. In these poems, first there is the burning, the burning, the accusations of corruption, rebellion, helplessness.Intimidation went away in the beginning. But as the brainstorming progressed, the best came out. You will definitely experience brainstorming while reading this book. If you can do it, definitely do it. Churn with the churning of intellect and see how the mind becomes clear and the nectar of eternal contentment is attained.

This is a story of the evolution of a hesitant housewife into an accomplished Long Distance runner who has completed running more than 80 different forms of Long Distance runs so far. It is Alpana Agarwal's innate desire to continue running till she is alive on this earth. Alpana's journey has been akin to making a Rangoli which on a path of evolution and adaptation starts with a monochrome colour, an analogy from Alpana's journey of Long Distance running that she has traversed so far, evolving from initial reluctance & hesitancy to bursting off the blocks and scaling all the targets in the form of a riot of colours manifest in testing the mettle in different kinds of races and coming out as a winner with flying colours. The analogy of Rangoli with the saga of run that Alpana has traversed in his life so far has been used as Alpana has traversed this journey on her own without any coach, guide or mentor.
