Whatever life and death are all about, we are not sure, but these topics do frequently attract our attention. We sort of have ideas regarding life as we enjoy each other's company and doing fun things. For sure many of us have only fuzzy concepts about death, except that currently it seems hard to escape. Most of us tend to not want to die, at least not just yet. Of course it all depends on what you have been up to - so far. With that said, let us now pay attention to defying death, the great unknown. Much has successfully been done to prolong our earthly living venture. But this helpful knowledge is too often ignored. Today, staying alive does have requirements, like breathing, nourishment, companionship and activity. The thesis here focuses on one simple movement, called walking. Humans have somehow evolved from swimming embryos to today's walkers. Our brains (whatever they are) continually alter our physical shapes and movements. Each evolutionary stage replaces old stuff with new stuff. To understand how this works is tricky and not to be discussed here.Sadly, many humans are now replacing walking with other activities - namely, wheeling and fingering. This has serious implications for the longevity of both our species and you personally. What is clearly known - walking does prolong the life of walkersYes - We do live longer by walking!

Later the Air Force taught him about nuclear weapons and he quickly discovered the true importance of mathematics. He obtained four degrees from the University of Minnesota, then went about teaching math and other things at several universities; SUNY, Oneonta, Cal State Northridge and Alliant Univ.It was during these student enlightenment years, as he fondly calls them, that he started receiving compelling revelations about first time boater Noah and how to prevent future drowning we must all become nice people and good sailors who enjoy bliss and joy on the water.Viggo and family have and are avid boaters.
