This book started one poem at a time over several years. It was something I admired to do as far as writing poetry and wanting to create a book, but I never thought of having my poetry as a book. This book is filled with my desire to write poetry as a young girl to grow through the years as an adult writing poetry from my heart. The short poems were in the beginning stages of my trying to write poetry. Through my thoughts of how I saw things in life and what I was going through, the words leaped from my mind to the pages of each one. This book is my expression of my life's ups and downs, but to be lifted by the main character I give all the credit to, God. I was asked by God to allow him to utilize my life to help others so he may receive all the glory. If you ever had the desire to write poetry or a book, I want to encourage you to do so. These poems were my therapy to express my feelings that I could not tell others. Now, you can be a part of these stories as you read, and I pray they're an encouragement to you also.

The book provides a firsthand account of government corruption and incompetence in theDepartment of Veteran's Affairs and United States Department of Justice. The weaponizationof the United States Department of Justice, prosecutorial misconduct in the United StatesAttorney's Office, obstruction of justice by local, federal and state law enforcement, and abusesof judicial discretion when presented with the evidence of such. The account depicted in thiswork is corroborated by detailed state and federal court filings. The author alleges a politicallymotivated, malicious (lawfare) prosecution rife with questionable conduct and integrity by thoseinvolved and which resulted in an 87 month federal prison sentence illuminating prejudicialdisparities with other federal cases. The reader will be hard-pressed to find a more egregiousexample of coordinated government corruption and weaponization in all levels of governmentthroughout an array of bureaucratic agencies.

First and foremost, I give thanks to God for allowing me to aid in perhaps making our world alittle more loving. God inspires me to write from my heart and, through him, let everyone knowhow much we are all loved. Sometimes negativity can be all around us, but with our faith andtrusting in God's word, I believe positivity will overrule. May we all be blessed and more so,may we all be inspired.

The Dry Well is a historical novel set in mid-20th century Brazil. This fictional narrative follows the course of Daniel's life from deprivation to fortitude after he survives a severe typhoid outbreak. The villagers of Lajedo determined Daniel's miraculous healing to be a sign of God's prophetic calling upon his life as a preacher. While sent out for Seminary training in Rio de Janeiro, Daniel watches Brazil's fragile democracy crumble under an atmosphere of political strife. At this historical juncture, man and nation both stagger away from God's design of justice and purity, choosing a path of corruption that leaves tragic consequences in its wake. The Dry Well is a tale of hope and calamity where facts real and imagined intertwine, allowing readers of all ages to reflect on choices we are tempted to make outside of God's perfect purpose for our lives (Numbers 32:23).

The Stadium Steps is actually two tales. It¿s the story of a probation officer, the son of a slain police officer, raised by his mother and a parish priest who becomes a surrogate father to the boy. But Father Iggy is more than a paternal figure in the life of Michael O¿Shea. The priest becomes his boxing coach and, at an early age, may have sowed the seeds for the traumatic brain injury which leads to O¿Sheäs placement in a medical facility for patients with brain trauma. O¿Shea soon finds that all is not as it appears in the Pacific Dunes Rehabilitative Hospital, and like the carpenter who can¿t bring herself to hire someone else to repair a broken piece of furniture, O¿Shea takes matters into his own hands. At the end of the day, The Stadium Steps is a morality tale, so at its conclusion, like these characters, you ask the same question: ¿What would you do if you were Michael Ignatius O¿Shea?¿

Charles and Miranda's wedding was the right begining for this second half a very inspirational story of love, and friendship. In my first book the girls were young and in high school. Enjoying life, parties, and experiencing new loves. They also wrestled with understanding the world as it pertains to their own families. There were a few storms for a couple of the girls, they stood strong and they made it through. Thanks be to God they weren't alone. God's hand of protection was always around Shameka Neal Johnson, Corey Mason, Ashley James, Miranda Brooks James, Taylor Williams, and Yasmine Duncan; together they prayed and shared a new begining to a new life.In this book enjoy the happy family times, and the worship hour around the church. Experience the adventure of new love again with revival of spirit filled rejoicing.

Far, far from Earth and thousands of light-years away is a place known as the Great Rift that separates our universe from an alternate other, where space is white, and the stars are black. In that universe are unimaginable worlds, some larger than the Earth's sun, and things that defy human logic. Things that are meant to stay on their side of that protective barrier, but as impenetrable as it is, something did manage to penetrate it and reaped havoc on the far side of our universe. It was a ghastly maggot-like organism called Yethla with an insatiable desire to consume protoplasm. If it were not for an advanced race of beings known as Vorxans, this menace would have eventually spread across our universe, destroying, and feasting on all living and nonliving protoplasm in its path. This is the story of how this advanced race of beings was able to finally penetrate the Great Rift and discover what lies beyond the sea of stars.

This book presents a contemporary take on a traditional poetic form. This approach brings modern issues into close focus, while maintaining the spirit of those who have used it before. The structure of the sonnet allows for a myriad of expressions, just as the sonata has evoked some of the most exquisite music ever written. Herein you will find topics touching on love, heart, harmony, personal growth, care of the self and others, nature, spirit, social progress, life's journey, and others. The mood ranges from ecstatic to serious, falling back on whimsical.
