Spiritual Blindness was written for everyone because, in one form or another, every person is blind physically or spiritually. Blindness is the result of spiritual blindness. Spiritual blindness brings consequences to the physical state. Mankind was created by God to worship and serve Him. He created the first man on earth from dust and blew the breath of life into his nostrils. That breath of life came from God's Spirit and man became a spiritual being. God is spirit. For man to have a relationship with his Creator, He gave him a spirit so that he could live in the spiritual realm and understand spiritual things. When this first man disobeyed his Creator and began to live his life in accordance with his own desires, without any fear, disobeying every commandment established by God, his behavior created a situation we find ourselves in today. This disobedience brought to mankind a spiritual blindness that does not allow us to see what God has established from the beginning of all creation, His plan, and His purpose in each one of us. The purpose of this book is that in each chapter you can experience the only living God, the only true God, the God of Glory, of Honor, and of Power. He will change your life, removing the veil that covers your spiritual eyes so that you can see and experience His presence, His beauty, His faithfulness, and His unconditional love. Let's start with my situation. I had four heart attacks, mainly due to high blood pressure. After diet, exercise, a passed psyche exam, and most importantly, having the proper team in place to support me, I was approved to receive both, a heart and kidney transplants on the same day, and ultimately given a new lease on life. Not bad, considering the first doctor I had assigned to me, basically issued me a death certificate. Fortunately for me, I wanted to live and I believed in myself more than that doctor ever did, and I stuck with it, figured out how to navigate the healthcare system, learned what options were available to me, found doctors with compassion at Cedars and the VA, who did believe in me, and now I'm here to empower you on how you can do it too.
