This book was supposed to be part (chapter one) of Volume II of my book "MRCP(UK) and MRCP(I) Part I Best of Fives"; Volume I was published in March 2022. For certain reasons, I couldn't complete Volume II, which was supposed to be published in the 2nd half of the year 2022. However, this rheumatology chapter was almost complete. I decided to update it. In writing this book, I have tried to focus on the most important updates in rheumatology that have been emerging during the past decade. COVID-19, women's health, and pregnancy will be encountered. In addition, the most important examination themes have been targeted. Read every question very well. Check out your answer; each question has an objective. Each answer is followed by an explanation and a reference and/or additional (further) reading. In this way, you can go there; skim the whole subject if you are interested in getting more information. I did my best to avoid regurgitated subjects and themes (which have been encompassed by many books, including mine, during the past 20 years). I believe these questions (and their explanation) will strengthen your background and help you prepare well for the part II written examination. Remember, the goal is to find and fill in the gaps in your knowledge.
