This book aims to comment on the experiences of a research process that was developed in the city of Popayán in the department of Cauca in Colombia, in one of the areas of highest risk of social vulnerability in the city, this research process was carried out in order to understand the processes of coexistence that occurred in the seventh grades of an educational institution located in this area, a sector that is increasingly affected by the rates of violence, drug addiction, invisible borders, gangs, and so on. Showing the influence of the context on the coexistence practices that young students develop within the educational institution. Although it shows a problem, it also makes a reflection and a call to the institutions and teachers to show interest in the subject of school coexistence, visualising that this is becoming more and more one of the most frequent problems in the school environment.

Renan Oliveira's work consistently articulates the areas of environmental sociology and social studies of science, providing a comprehensive view of central problems in the turbulent contemporary world. His fruitful reading of national and international authors enables the reader to situate the Brazilian and Latin American reality within the environmental risks of modern capitalism, a task that we perceive as essential today. Renan's case study of tanneries shows how the local reality needs to pay attention to the environmental and technological challenges of economic production, rather than delegating scientific decisions to agents uncommitted to public issues. The structure of this book presents, in Chapter One: "RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STOCHIOMETRY AND DIFFERENTIAL CALCULUS: CHEMICAL REACTION AS A MATHEMATICAL FUNCTION", in Chapter two "ANALYSIS OF THE SOLUBILITY CURVE OF SODIUM CHLORIDE" in Chapter three "PHASE DIAGRAM OF SODIUM CHLORIDE SOLUTION AND WATER TO DETERMINE EUTHETIC POINT AND STATE CHANGES", in Chapter four "RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WATER PHASE DIAGRAM AND ANALYTICAL GEOMETRY" and in Chapter five "DIFFERENTIAL ECUATIONS USED IN COOLING LAWS: KEROSENE MELTING". All these works show the intrinsic relationship of the subjects included as "Basic sciences in Engineering, in the case of the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, in the four Engineering subjects taught at the Bachelor's level: Civil, Physics, Mechatronics and Renewable Energies. These activities allow the university student to integrate the knowledge learned. All these works seek to mathematize chemistry, which is fundamental in the learning of engineering, since the student finds meaning in the subjects he is learning, for example calculus, algebra.

Eco-fan is an electric motor of 220 (VAC), 50 (Hz), PMSM type (with ferrite magnet rotor). According to the IRAM 62480:2017 Standard, an Energy Efficiency (EE) Type: A. With an energy consumption lower than 55% of the nominal value of the motor. Value calculated for one (1) hour per day at maximum power: 25 (Watts). 59% active electrical energy saving. The physical unit of physical measurement (MKS) shows an energy consumption of 15 kWh/month (kiloWatt-hours/month), at maximum speed, without losing or lowering revolutions per minute (close to 3000 RPM), which is the synchronous speed of the two (2) pole rotor with the frequency of the alternating current (50 Hertz). PMSM type motors (like the one used here) provide rotation at a fixed speed in synchronicity with the frequency of the power supply, regardless of the load fluctuation (higher or lower) that produces the resistant torque. The voltage (Volts) and current (Amps) of the current drops when the TRIAC acts; and anyway, the motor runs at a synchronous speed (3000 RPM) with mains frequency (50 Hz).

Proxmox is an open source server virtualisation environment, with no limits on its use. Its Debian-based kernel allows the deployment and management of virtual machines and containers without operating system incompatibility. It can be installed on any number of "physical servers". One of the most relevant features in the latest versions of Proxmox is the creation of clusters when there are at least 2 physical servers with this environment installed. The high availability is an advantage for system or network administrators, as it allows Proxmox to be programmed to respond to any failure and not affect the network services offered in the company. How to install Proxmox in its version 5.1, the creation of the cluster with 3 physical servers, the installation of external storage (NFS), creating the high availability (HA) and the programming of the same will be addressed in this work.

The aim of this book is to provide the tools needed to manage an agricultural project in Africa from start to finish. In addition to being a business plan, this book constitutes a genuine strategic study methodology for the successful management of a complex economic project. It is aimed not only at Africans wishing to return to their countries of origin, but also at any type of entrepreneur looking for an effective and comprehensive method of managing an ambitious economic project.Participating in the economic and social development of my home town has always been a dream for me as a Senegalese from the diaspora. Giving meaning to individual entrepreneurship is, in my view, a matter of education, designed to awaken people's consciences and give them the means to take charge of their own lives. The experience I have acquired throughout my professional life has convinced me that the awakening I am talking about must necessarily be directed towards the search for solutions internal to Africa, and not towards solutions transposed from completely different and anachronistic external realities.

The creation of educational videos serves as a reinforcement to the learning of multiplication for children. Due to the lack of educational videos on this topic, videos were designed with the stop motion technique, in order to have didactic material to support the classes given by teachers. The results obtained allow us to determine that the use of educational videos with the stop motion technique serve as a support to the teacher's work, since students can reinforce their learning in a more dynamic way, on the other hand, teachers consider that the implementation of ICT in the educational field is necessary to improve the quality of education in the country.

Bacteria capable of solubilizing phosphates (BSP) play an important role in improving phosphorus availability to plants by releasing inorganic and organic phosphorus from the soil through solubilization and mineralization. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the density and phosphate solubilizing capacity of bacteria in different types of soil in Madagascar. The results showed that, among the soils studied, the soil influenced by the invasive plant, Grevillea banksii, had the highest number of BSP (58%), followed by the soil under the medicinal plant, Momordica charantia (35%) and bare soil (5%). Thus, the best-performing isolates were obtained from the rhizosphere of soil influenced by G. banksii, representing a halo diameter of around 6mm, a phosphate solubilization index of up to 3, a solubilized phosphate quantity of over 5.08 mg/l and a pH value of around 4.36. This study has enabled us to select high-performance bacteria in terms of their ability to solubilize soil phosphates, bacteria that could be used as biofertilizers in agricultural systems.

Educational organizations are affected by development tasks because they have to offer and develop educational services in line with the needs of their target groups. The various educational sectors and institutions have to respond to changes. Teachers and learners are actors in educational processes and should be able to act successfully. Education management has to respond to these challenges and changes. As a young branch in the education sector, tasks arise from learning processes, on an organizational level and in the professionalization of teachers and administrators. There is a combination of pedagogical and economic concepts. Both elements should be balanced and result in viable solutions. Reflection is necessary for the development of design solutions.

The incorporation of educational technology in higher education institutions, specifically in normal schools in the State of Mexico, has gained special relevance in various learning environments. In the particular case of the Escuela Normal de Atlacomulco (ENA) is no exception and in the 2016-2017 school year, work began with an investigation from which emerged a technological tool specifically for the use of digital platforms that serve as support for teachers in their educational work. It is also worth highlighting the importance of the teacher's support for the students during the transition from a totally face-to-face education paradigm to another with the support of an educational platform, it is important to point out that in line with what distance education proposes in general, the b-learning or blended education model is taken up again, where the teacher and students who participated in this research consider that a better organization in the development of a course and the space-time flexibility to carry out academic activities are those characteristics that provide more benefits.

The aim of this book was to analyse the factors in the classroom that lead to stress in the teaching profession at the Anani State School. It used descriptive exploratory methodology and field research with 30 teachers with a quantitative approach, because it was decided to analyse classroom working hours, whether or not physical activity is practised, time for leisure and the difficulties and various vulnerable situations that professionals encounter in the face of stress. Teacher stress is further aggravated by the limitations to which the school subjects teachers in terms of expressing their anxieties, frustrations and emotions. The results point to some of the most common stress situations experienced by teachers, and that the process of teacher illness occurs mainly due to double or triple working hours in order to obtain a higher salary, excessive working hours which have been one of the main reasons for the development of stress, a fast pace, lack of working conditions, among others. The conclusion is that stress is a daily occurrence in the lives of teachers, making them vulnerable to both physical and emotional discomfort.

Life in cities has distanced human beings from nature and made it difficult to understand the ecology of life dependent on the environment. Urban water collection and distribution processes contribute significantly to the fragmentation of knowledge and the vital recognition of the water cycle. Without the effective participation of the subject in environmental actions, it is not possible to understand the full complexity of water, which is dependent on the agent of protection. Global causality, ecological reasoning and responsibility for one's own actions places the subject as an included third party. In this way, valuing the intimate relationship between the subject and water, at the various levels of reality, determines an understanding of the inseparability of life and water. Transdisciplinarity as a worldview promotes an understanding of ecological complexity and the multiple mediations between the subject and the environment, since the subject, known as the third party, is taken into account in the cultural and historical reality of water and acts as an agent of protection, a holder of useful knowledge about the water cycle and the cycle of life.

The organisation of the nursing work process continues to be a constant challenge for hospital institutions, as the different tasks and responsibilities taken on by nurses in this context are immense. This book is an attempt to address this multiplicity of actions and activities carried out by nurses, as well as the instruments used in the work process. It also considers that all the actions carried out in the hospital environment are interdependent and that the workers involved have relative autonomy during the execution of their actions.

Our study focused on verifying the palatability of Opilia celtidifolia leaves. The phytochemical study revealed saponosides, oses and holosides, and mucilages that can be used as chemical markers for quality control of Opilia celtidifolia leaves.Numerous polyphenolic constituents showed strong free-radical scavenging activity in decoctate, suggesting a beneficial antioxidant activity for hepatoprotection.Daily administration of leaf decoctate at doses of 50mg/Kg, 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg and Opilia celtidifolia decoctate orally for 37 days induced individual weight gain in rats. Decoctate at 200 mg/kg reduced transaminases (ALAT and ASAT) and blood glucose levels in rats. There was an increase in water consumption during the test, and an increase in GGT and uric acid.We therefore recommend repeating this study with the macerate. KEYWORDS: Traditional medicine, Opilia celtidifolia, appetizing activity.

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic and progressive disease, characterized by an aberrant proliferation of fibroblasts and an accumulation of extracellular matrix proteins leading to respiratory insufficiency. In this research work, we chose carnosic acid, a bioactive substance extracted from rosemary, to evaluate its efficacy in vivo on an experimental model of pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin (BLM) in Wistar rats and in vitro on human lung fibroblasts (HLF). The first in vitro part showed that CA induces apoptosis in HLF in a dose-dependent manner, accompanied by cell cycle arrest in the G0/G1 phase and activation of the expression of the signaling proteins Akt, p38-MAPK and p21. The second part confirmed the protective effect of this biomolecule in vivo on the fibrosis process and oxidative stress induced by BLM. In the light of these results, it would be interesting to test the efficacy of CA on certain diseases whose physiopathology is dominated by inflammation, oxidative stress and cell proliferation.

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between self-concept and antisocial behavior in adolescents in the crime prevention program of the Lima Public Prosecutor's Office. Non-probabilistic sampling was used and the sample consisted of 125 adolescents, males and females between 14 and 19 years of age. The design was non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional. The Self-Concept Questionnaire (AF-5) developed by García and Musitu (2014) and the Antisocial-Delinquent Behavior Questionnaire (A-D) by Seisdedos (2001) were used. The results obtained indicate that there is a highly significant and inverse relationship (rho= -.249** and p< 0.005) between self-concept and antisocial behavior; this means that the lower the self-concept, the greater the presence of antisocial behavior. Similarly, a significant relationship was found between the dimensions of academic and emotional self-concept and antisocial behavior. On the other hand, no relationship was observed in the physical, family and social dimensions. In conclusion, there is a relationship between self-concept and antisocial behavior.

What type of experimental activities do first year Physical Science teachers carry out in the classroom and to what extent do they contribute to the construction of scientific knowledge? The work is framed in the identification of the didactic relations between the experimental activities proposed by Physical Science teachers and the construction of scientific knowledge, by means of the analysis of some experimental activities carried out by first year Physical Science teachers in a High School. It is also proposed to categorize these activities according to the typologies proposed by R. Porlán, to relate them to the reasons that lead to their approach and to determine to what extent they contribute to the construction of scientific knowledge. This is a qualitative case study; an ethnographic research, with a Historical-Hermeneutic Approach.

Case study: Origen Bistró Restaurant. Current economic development policies, together with the free trade agreements that the Colombian government is pursuing and that have led to the globalisation of markets, have led to the need for small entrepreneurs to generate new, better and more efficient business strategies that contribute to their economic strengthening, generating greater acceptance and loyalty from customers, who are becoming more demanding and better informed every day (Economic Cooperation and Development Organisation, 2014). Within the fulfilment of these strategies, more and more companies in all economic sectors must be concerned about innovation, so as not to be left behind in a diverse world that is beginning to move around technology. The gastronomy sector offered in the centre of Bogotá is a clear example of this reality, since this is a sector that has a low use of technology and is also subject to a rapid growth in demand from thousands of diners who come to visit or settle in the city to study or work (Jara Guerrero et al, 2014).

This book is a practical guide for young communicators recently graduated from universities, it is a basic material to start their working life, performing administrative communication tasks in any office of the public or private sector. With this book they will be able to perform all the daily tasks required in terms of documentary communication and in the elaboration of material that serves as a communication and information resource for the internal and external public of the institution. For this reason, it is an easy-to-use manual or practical guide to solve basic oral or written communication problems. It should be emphasized that this guide or manual was created with the purpose of being a support for those things that young graduates in many cases are unaware of in real field work.In years of university teaching, I have noticed that many interns learn more about communication work in the field and often make mistakes that frustrate them. With this guide or manual they will be able to check if their work actions are correct, for a good performance in their first work center.

This book, presented in two parts and five appendices, is none other than a collection of archives that sheds light on an education rooted in the obscurity of the indigénat, transmitted to generations of Algerian children within the schools and colleges of the time of colonialism. The first part entitled "the instruction of Algerians at the time of colonial France", gathers fragments of the history of the formation of an Algerian elite under the gaze of colonialism, these original documents, were collected from the overseas archives of Aix-en-Provence and are published for the first time; it is an approach that follows the same methodology of the book of André Mandouze "The Algerian revolution through texts", Paris, Maspero. The second part concerns an unpublished document distributed by the General Government of Algeria, entitled: "Answer to the Factum of Mekki Chadli on the Algerian question 1951", The original document is the property of Mr. Sid Ali Abdelhamid, former militant of the national cause and one of the founders of the CRUA "Revolutionary Committee for Unity and Action".

Effluents from the textile, paper, tanning and food industries, etc., are laden with dye particles, most of which are toxic. The aim of this project is to use sawdust as a plant-based adsorbent to eliminate methylene blue, an organic pollutant. The treatment method proposed in this work is based on the adsorption process, using sawdust from Aleppo pine, which has the advantage of being locally available. The adsorption capacity of sawdust was studied under the influence of various parameters such as contact time, adsorbent mass, initial effluent concentration, agitation, temperature, pH and chemical activation. Results showed that equilibrium was reached after 20 minutes of contact. BM removal rates were relatively high, reaching 99%, and this for a short time (20min), and for a low adsorbent mass. This leads us to conclude that this process is effective for the treatment of colored waters, and could be exploited on an industrial scale.

In the philosophical tradition, the question of freedom has been one of the most erected and most discussed themes; this is undeniable. Until we reached the Hegelian theory of freedom, the conception of freedom was, from its classical archetype, linked to a political morality - as we see in the ancient Greek world - to an understanding of freedom based on a subjective element, as proposed by the moderns. At the apex of German idealism, Hegel (1770 - 1831) proposed one of the most striking theories of freedom, and even one of the most original, since its purpose is to roughly unite the two conceptions indicated above. A type of freedom that apprehends not only a subjective freedom - as proposed by his predecessors in modernity - but also a freedom linked to political morality - as in the ancient Greeks.
