When I started my degree course in pedagogy, I realised that there were some gaps, such as a greater relationship between theory and practice, given that few subjects in the degree course make this connection. With the aim of experiencing the context of the school and making a link with academic theories, in 2014 I took part in the selection process for the Institutional Teaching Initiation Scholarship Programme (PIBID), believing that it would contribute to broadening my knowledge. During my participation in the programme, some questions arose, such as: How have the actions of PIBID in the school environment contributed to the continuing training and re-signification of the knowledge of the supervising teachers? The analyses showed that the Early Years Subproject promoted collaborative work, since the actions developed in its context were carried out jointly with all the participants. The activities developed changed pedagogical actions, re-signifying the supervisors' teaching knowledge.

THE WINGS OF CREATION. Creativity, according to the Cultural-Historical perspective, can no longer be seen as something supernatural It is not a privilege granted to a few It is not even something that characterises crazy people It is not present in everyone as something innate But anyone can develop it, that is a fact It depends on interactions with the cultural environment throughout life A creative individual finds a way out of everything It is a question of elements of the imagination that are combined and result in new things, A being who creates is able to see beyond what has already been seen by someone else A being who creates is not limited by what is imposed on him But modifies his environment and does so with gusto If it weren't for the ability to create, we would still be living in caves We wouldn't evolve, we would continue in eternal sameness. Diabetes Mellitus is a heterogeneous group of metabolic disorders that have hyperglycaemia in common, type I and type II, the latter being the most frequent form of the disease, affecting 90% of all cases of Diabetes Mellitus. Men, in general, suffer more from severe and chronic illnesses when compared to women, so measures focused on health education have been implemented to raise awareness of changes in risk behaviour and the importance of self-care, in order to increase the life expectancy of this population. The participation of health professionals in caring for diabetic patients is essential. Nursing can articulate intervention actions by identifying the reality in which patients are inserted, using the Systematisation of Nursing Care as a facilitating element in care planning.

Biological connectivity is understood as those "corridors" that allow the connection between two or more natural elements of interest at a landscape scale. These corridors indicate, for example, how two patches of forest can be linked and which is the most appropriate path to achieve this connection, so that animal and plant species can use them and pass through them to get from one place to another and to perform their biological functions. Obviously, this connection occurs in the midst of a landscape matrix that includes both natural and artificial or agricultural elements. Therefore, understanding how biodiversity interacts in environments with so many variables or effects is key when establishing conservation or restoration programs in a territory.

The world is constantly changing and organizations need Human Resources capable of adapting and creating differentiating advantages. The aim of this study is to investigate and establish the relationship between emotional intelligence and a number of variables in the work context of Certified Accountants, including individual performance evaluation (self-perceived performance), work experience and the established working relationship. The research was carried out using a quantitative methodological approach. To this end, a questionnaire survey was carried out using the trait model, more specifically the self-report scale of Schutte et al. (1998). The sample was made up of 142 Certified Accountants aged between 20 and 70. The results show an increase in emotional intelligence proportional to years of experience in the profession, as well as a positive relationship between emotional intelligence (total and factors) and self-perceived performance at work. There appear to be no discrepancies between the emotional intelligence of self-employed workers (entrepreneurs) and employees.

The main objective of this work is to carry out a historical analysis of Legal Positivism, a doctrinal current that was widely dominant among jurists in the period between the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century. To this end, the analysis will begin with the central concepts that underpin the history of law, namely positive law and natural law. For this analysis, the evolution of both positive law and natural law will be studied, highlighting their main characteristics. This will be followed by an examination of Legal Positivism based on its main characteristics, as well as its development throughout the 19th and early 20th centuries. Once the characteristics and main positivist schools have been presented, the thought of Hans Kelsen, one of the main names and exponents of this doctrine, will be examined. The analysis will be based on the study of the work Pure Theory of Law, as well as jurists who analyze this work.

Still's disease is an auto-inflammatory disease that occurs in children, and is therefore considered a single nosological entity with clinical and biological similarities. Diagnosis is made on the basis of characteristic cardinal signs, even in the absence of arthritis, which should no longer be an obligatory sign, thus delaying management. Treatment focuses on early, intensive therapy tailored to disease activity, to achieve lasting remission without drugs. Lymphohistiocytic activation syndrome should be a preoccupation of the practitioner throughout the course of the disease.

Recently, the social sciences have shown an interest in the narratives and stories of individuals and social groups, which is why this inclination has been called the "narrative turn". It is based on the assertion that narratives are part of social life and that they allow us to understand the meaning that people give to their lives, in addition to highlighting the more structural social elements that redefine them (Sparkes & Devís, 2018). Thus, narratives are an important theoretical-methodological way to spell out identities, belongings, distinctions, ritualisations or other social processes associated with culinary spaces and in particular the ways of preparing and consuming food in a given context. This introductory study aims to contribute to the construction of a model for analysing narratives of culinary spaces as structural situational accounts that reveal forms, contents, functions, actions and social structures of ethnographically understood culinary events, as well as a conceptual framework for the texts presented in this book.

As the title indicates, this paper deals with the process of "approval" by the Ministry of Education of the Plurinational State of Bolivia of the regionalised curriculum of the Afro-Bolivian people. It is developed within a framework of theoretical reflection that analyses and links the different types of data recorded both in fieldwork and in bibliographic compilation on the process of shaping the New Plurinational Curriculum and the inclusion of Plurilingual Intra-Inter-cultural Education (EIIP). The work leaves an open contribution, which is the "proposed curriculum structure" based on the contents of the approved regionalised curriculum, where the aim is to "rescue" what has been worked on throughout the process, given that the document presented by the Ministry, after its "harmonisation" process, contemplates other types of information.

Beans are renowned for their high productivity; however, the presence of diseases can result in significant yield losses and, in some cases, even make certain areas unviable for cultivation. Several pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, fungi and nematodes, have the potential to affect the crop, and it is estimated that more than 45 diseases can occur throughout its development cycle. These diseases not only cause considerable losses in productivity, but also impact the physiological, health, nutritional and commercial quality of the product.

The area of agricultural policy using Austria as an example includes framework conditions and phases, actors and changes in policy content in EU policy. In this context, the industrialization of agriculture with the pursuit of profit and the pressure to rationalize affects agricultural structures that damage soil, air and water. There is sometimes a lack of knowledge about the effects of use. Ecological aspects must be presented in the context of political education. The consequences of landscape impoverishment require a rethink in the interests of people and the environment. An important part of the function of agricultural policy concerns the national and international food supply of the population. Another aspect concerns the development of rural areas. For civic education in the implementation of teaching, the dimension of global learning arises as an element of the development of a European economic area.

The book explores in detail the crucial contribution of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the sacroiliac joints to the understanding and diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis (SpA). By focusing on this specific imaging technique, we highlight its prominent role in the early detection of the disease, well before the onset of obvious radiological manifestations. The book examines how MRI of the sacroiliac joints offers precise visibility of the inflammatory and structural alterations characteristic of SpA, enabling finer assessment of lesions and early intervention. By exploring the advances and clinical applications of this imaging modality, the book offers a comprehensive perspective on its usefulness in the monitoring, diagnosis and management of ankylosing spondylitis.

This book is the fruit of a study involving Malian SMEs. It is the result of numerous stereotypes indicating that African SMEs are lacking in the use of management tools. Indeed, some analysts tend to support a loyal preference among SME managers for informal (intuitive) management. Others assert the presence of a mixed management style, i.e., straddling the line between informal (intuition) and formal (normative tools). Referring to the general philosophy of the contingency theory of (Affès and Chabchoub, 2007), we support the logic that two companies belonging to the same sector, producing in the same way, of the same size or age will never have the same way of doing control. The study starts from the premise that building a control system generally requires a tailor-made approach (Giraud et al, 2005). It focuses on the analysis of the link between payroll management instrumentation and contingency factors. We use a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative research.

The objective of this thesis is to design social marketing strategies to raise awareness about the work done by the Ecuadorian Red Cross. This degree work proposes communication strategies that motivate not only donors, but also capture the attention of potential sponsors. A field research was conducted in the city of Guayaquil which resulted in the fact that people do not know about the benefits offered by the Red Cross for being a blood donor. With the information obtained, we proceeded to design social marketing strategies that contribute to change the behavior of citizens.

Fabry disease is a rare X-linked lysosomal overload disorder of young adults, caused by mutations in the gene encoding ¿-galactosidase A. Complete or partial deficiency of this enzyme leads to intracellular accumulation of triacylceramide (Gb3) and related glycosphingolipids in many cell types of the body, including the heart and kidneys. The cardiac manifestations of Fabry disease are a source of high morbidity and mortality. More than half of all patients develop cardiac complications. They may receive conventional treatments for hypertension, heart failure, coronary artery disease, cardiac rhythm or conduction disorders, etc. Gb3 progressively accumulates in the podocytes, epithelial cells and tubular cells of the distal renal tubule and loop of Henlé, leading to the renal symptoms of Fabry disease, manifested by proteinuria and reduced filtration rate, resulting in chronic renal failure.

This work seeks to develop skills not only at an economic level, but also at an administrative and personal level, where organizations are a key part of such development. Thus, this economic entity is a place where people can develop their potential at a personal and social level. This impact that the company generates in society is only possible through the passion and discipline of the people who, with a clear business vision, contribute to the growth and transformation of the company. In this context, the globalization of the economy and the imminent bilateral treaties make it necessary to search for new mechanisms that facilitate companies to be more competitive and viable in this environment, that is why it is necessary to study and analyze the supply and demand of support services for the development of entrepreneurship as a tool for the development of the region and the country. Under this line of thought it is suggested that individual preferences and certain categories such as social action, are shaped by certain institutional forces that contribute to generate industrial and entrepreneurial development in the regions.

La Hoya del Río Suárez is a region located between the departments of Boyacá and Santander where sugarcane has been grown for more than 100 years and one of its main productive activities is the production of panela. The people who work there do not have a formal labor relationship; they are paid by the day and do not have social security to guarantee their well-being and that of their families; the process is deficient in terms of training and technology. The start-up of Mieles SAS marks the beginning of a process of business formalization in terms of labor relations and technical support in a largely informal region. Generating a technical, economic, administrative and socio-cultural impact on the organization's stakeholders.Through a transversal descriptive research it was possible to show that the start-up of Mieles S.A.S. has broken paradigms in the region, with the promotion of female labor, the arrival of qualified personnel, generating employment that complies with the provisions of the law.

Burkina Faso is committed to improving the living conditions of its population by 2030 through Axis 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which focuses on the socio-demographic characteristics of Burkinabe households (education, water, sanitation, housing, migration, employment, training). Faced with this structural problem, and in light of microfinance experience around the world, we set ourselves the main objective of analyzing the effects of access to microcredit on household living conditions in Burkina Faso. Using a conditional mixed process model, ordered multinomial logit and instrumental variable estimation, our econometric results indicate that access to microcredit reduces both monetary and multidimensional poverty and income inequality in Burkina Faso. These results therefore indicate that in Burkina Faso, microcredit can serve as a tool for improving household living conditions. The results also indicate that a high level of education reduces poverty and income inequality.
