I wrote this book to help young children learn the alphabet as they follow the adventures of Daniel the Dragon and his new family--the Andersons. Follow Daniel's next adventures with his family, the Andersons, as we travel the country. We will continue to learn the letters of the alphabet and then his next adventures as Daniel gets another idea "to travel the world and learn the rest of the alphabet." Also, you will be able to learn interesting facts about each area called "Daniel's Interesting Facts" in the following two books. This will be educational and inspiring to the children you read it to.

The Lives We Were Meant to Live There is always a price to pay for keeping secrets. Most of us understand this, inclined as we are to privacy regarding our personal passions. But holding back invites unexpected consequences. It might cause us to make decisions that are not to our benefit, especially when the options are alluring and persuasive. And so it is with two secret dreamers, Ellie and Gavin, and the characters who fill their lives. All these confront a series of life-altering choices that determine their destinies. One can choose to reveal his private dreams, an act that could unleash astonishing powers. Or one can refuse to share, resulting in frustration or despair. The lives of the Taylor family, as with most of us, are lived between these two notions. "Don't be afraid to give up the good to go for the great." John D. Rockefeller "If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading." Siddh¿rtha Gautama "Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today." -Jordan Peterson

It gives me great pleasure to write this book (part one of two) regarding my career with MTA (NYCT). I also outlined what to expect as a new bus operator and what actually took place over the years, especially dealing with some supervisors, but most of all, the ins and outs with passengers and, lastly, the traffic.

The five-book series All In is about the life of a little girl in South Dakota. The stories that you will read are both shocking and graphic. Even though all the writings are true, the author changed the time, places, and names of many to protect those who would almost certainly be prosecuted. Changes were also made to protect other children who were involved in the events that unfolded before you. They are grown-ups now, but they are still victims, and they are still suffering. The author has no intention to bring more pain by telling everyone in the world about these horrible truths but, rather, to bring awareness that we are not alone. The author feels that once this series becomes public, many others will follow and reveal their stories. The events will be intrusive and embarrassing to the average adult. Don't be afraid to be offended. You should be. The author shared her life experiences in hopes of educating those who think their children are safe. They are not. They are victims, and no one should be trusted with them, not even their parents. The author wrote the books and all the information in the series so they can be used as a learning/study tool for human behavior. We run from the ugly truth. Maybe it's time we talked more about the real stories of our children. It's the only way to protect them and change the world with truth versus hiding its ugliness. In a vision, the author was told, "In order to kill darkness and evil, you must drag it into the light." The author in these writings is fulfilling this order.

Throughout life most people have to struggle with making decisions. These decisions not only involve the individual making the decision but also his family and in some cases the public. The life of a law enforcement officer involves all three. This burden is often stressful, taxing one's conscience to the breaking point. The individual has to rely on his family background and values instilled in him throughout his life. A strong faith driving the belief that all has to be fair and honest is viewed as an idealistic approach in which everyone strives toward in making these decisions. To truly adopt this fairness, honesty, and justice philosophy in your life's decisions is extremely difficult in today's world. The tug of war of emotions pulls at one's conscience to make the right decision. Many choose to prostitute their convictions for their jobs, money, status, and power, rationalizing their decisions for personal gain, leaving humanity in ashes. As a law enforcement officer, his daily decisions directly affect his fellow man. This burden is self-inflicted by the individual to do the right thing or to go along with the good-old-boy attitude. The latter accomplishes nothing and is actually looked down upon by the honest public. The people truly want someone they can trust to carry out this honesty and justice philosophy; however, the public has no clue about the sacrifices one has to make in order to achieve these goals. For one to fulfill his mission of striving for fairness and honesty, he has to be a slave of his convictions. At seventy-three, the winter of my life, I often question my life's path. However, not only can I not change it, nor would I want to. I still encounter those negative people who condemned me for my stand for justice. There is nothing I can say to change their minds, which embraces corruption as a badge of honor rather than dishonor. The silent majority hang their heads in disgust not realizing they have the power to change if they just stand up and fight. The reader of the book must evaluate whether or not the main character of the book was, in fact, dedicated to his convictions. By infusing the Diary of Corruption into the book poses to the reader a decision-making process in which he decides whether the diary is proof that corruption exists or this is just the way it is and no one can change these practices. The actual diaries represent twenty-seven years of entries documenting the author's daily life in law enforcement. The author of this book does not seek the approval of his life's path, but rather poses the question. What would you do if you were in his shoes? Walk the walk and talk the talk or be silent because it is too costly.Fairness, Honesty, Justice for all. I hope.11

This is a mystical fantasy about a little girl growing into her power while going through what seemed to be unfathomable odds. These unfathomable odds and traditions impeded her growth into the powerful being she was meant to be. Traditions put into force the day she was born were designed for vengeance. She does not know and does not have a clue that the dreams she has had since she was a child are very real, very real place and how she survived it all. This book alludes to a world of places outside of the world as we know it.She never understood that she was truly different and that from a very young age was encouraged by any means necessary not to embrace that power she could feel but could not explain. Having no guidance, She was in a whirlwind of uncertainty throughout the years.

After presenting my wife with a picture of her, Mom and Dad's house, that I had an artist paint for her, and listening to the poem I wrote, "In this House," of their old home place, I stood proudly while my brother-in-law read the poem and 250 people sat with tears in their eyes and sobs in their tissues.I walked into my niece's house with a simple sheet of paper in my hand. She was preparing to attend her son's funeral and sat crying by the window. I handed her the paper on which I had written the poem, "Hand-in-Hand." She wiped her eyes and read it, then stood up and hugged me."That is so beautiful Uncle Bob. How did you know, 'Lighthouses' were his favorite collection hobby? I had printed the poem on a paper, with a beautiful, faded lighthouse in the background. Poetry expresses what the spoken word sometimes can't!

When I was incarcerated and serving three years, I read a lot of books. Donald Goins became my favorite author because his writing is what I could relate to the most. I also read books written by Terry Woods, Sista Soulja, and David Fisher, among other great authors. I had a cellmate who became a good friend of mine. We shared stories about our lives. One day he told me that we could write a book about all the crimes we had witnessed in our lives. That night I lay in my bed, thinking to myself that of all the books I've read, many of the characters reminded me of some people in my life. That was when I realized I could become a writer. This book is based on two characters, Kevin, and Akeem, who were young thugs born and raised on the streets of Philadelphia. They mastered a hustler's dream of survival and gained respect from others. They were loyal to each other, and their goal was to succeed in the hood where they both grew up. They became cocaine dealers, marijuana smokers, and gun holders. They were outlaws. Despite the passing of time, they were haunted by the streets, and the lust for money caused lost lives. Kevin's experiences made him realize that thug life wasn't the way to live, and through the support of his family, he could become a better person. Akeem, on the other hand, did not share the same views. Any misfortunes made him worse. He felt that the lifestyle of a thug was his only way to succeed. Despite this, the bond between them was never broken. This book is about the experiences of inner-city neighborhoods. It's about the life of thugs and the game that young teens choose to play, especially in the streets of Philly. The never-ending cycle of drugs, violence, love, and loss will continue for generations to come.
