Sassy Sally and Her Little Dog Suzi Celebrate BirthdaysI'm Amber. The precious puppy pictured in my lap is my 3-year-old Yorkipoo named Darla Mae. I've had Darla ever since she was eight weeks old, and we've been inseparable ever since. Animals are so healing, and Darla has been a huge blessing in my life.I have Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 1, and I have a beautiful, but very different, life. When I was diagnosed at 6 months old, the doctors said I wouldn't live to be 2. My older sister died at 6 months herself from this disease, but God had a different plan for me. I'm now 32 years old and there's maybe nine other adults like me in the world, but I'm the most functioning one. Visit my website at https://www.brokenandbeautiful.online to view art that I make (with help) and sell.I love Jesus and I know He loves me. I asked him into my heart at the age of 8, and even though I'm so imperfect and sometimes make a mess of life, He's constantly picking me up, dusting me off, and telling me to get back out there! He has taken the broken pieces of my life and made something absolutely beautiful out of them.I hope you like my book! Stay tuned for more of Sassy Sally and Her Little Dog Suzi!

"Deep In The City" uses modern setting and characters to retell the familiar and favorite story of "Goldilocks and The Three Bears." Rather than a fantasy tale of a little girl lost in the woods who finds porridge and beds who belong to bears, we have Kaitlyn and her family who live in a condo in the middle of a big city. They go out for a morning stroll while a young visitor, Sandy, visits their home after entering through an unlocked door. The events that follow parallel the familiar story with a surprise ending.

"There are painted, red doors, On the barn that number four, Near the three, big, apple trees, That are flowering for the bees, Close to the cows that say moo, That number well more than two, Under one bright sun, For me to have fun, Here on the farm."

The Word of God is a source of affirmation and encouragement, particularly for young children still discovering who they are. Verses such as 2 CORINTHIANS 5:17 - "Anyone who belongs to Christ is a new person. The past is forgotten, and everything is new," remind us that our past does not determine our future, because God has promised us new life in Him through Jesus Christ. Written as an affirmation for every child who has accepted the precious gift of salvation, and an encouragement for those yet to make the choice, I Am A New Creation reminds us of the hope we have in Christ and the opportunity to become who He wants us to be."In Christ, we are a new creation. In Him, all things are made new!" As part of an introductory collection by the author, I Am a New Creation is filled with declarations inspired by and pulled directly from passages in the Bible. Whether read aloud with a parent, memorized as simple poetry or translated into song, these declarations will be enjoyed over and over again, helping children to understand and appreciate God's design. Simple language combined with rich vocabulary supports the needs of emerging readers, while carefully-selected imagery, diverse portraits and graphics in a hand-drawn style, provide a relatable reference for young children of any background. ABOUT THE AUTHORSabrina Adewumi is an Interior Designer, Project Manager, Visual Artist and Mother of three - who motivated her to create uplifting content for kids. Her experience spans picture books, coloring & activity workbooks, songwriting, character animation, and radio & television programming.Inspired by her personal journey to discover her identity in Christ, she hopes to encourage young boys and girls to explore the wonders of God's creation and celebrate His unique design for their lives.

This book is about Hunts and Hunters from the time I was ten years old in 1948 until I retired from the hunting business in 2006. It focuses on some of the hunters. Most of the hunts took place in west Sully County, South Dakota. During those years there was very good hunting of geese, pheasants, ducks, grouse, prairie chickens and partridge. Making some of the hunts a mixed bag of birds and making many lasting friendships. A lot of our guests would bring their children and their children would bring their children. Passing hunting on from then until now. This book was put in place by Barb Thomas, who got involved in the effort to finish it. She even added a goose story of her own!

Wyoming is my home. I am grateful to have lived here most of my life. Before I joined the Marine Corps in 2001, I loved Wyoming. Returning home after my commitment to the Marines, I appreciated it even more. Sure, I like to visit all sorts of other places in the world, but Wyoming is the land that I love. I have always enjoyed drawing and painting. My career in art began when I graduated high school and went into the Marine Corps as a Combat Illustrator. After 4 years of service in the Corps, I went to college at Black Hills State University in Spearfish SD for a Bachelor's of Science in Art and Communication Art with a minor in Photography. I have been painting full-time since graduation from college in 2009. I enjoy the outdoors, hunting and fishing. This is where I experience most of the things I paint. I try my best to accurately reflect the beauty that God created around me. My best work, I believe, is when I can do just that: reflect the work of God's hand. It's my goal to progress with quality and achievements. I am a member of the Society of Animal Artists where my art has been in the Rocky Mountain Animal Artists show and the Art and the Animal Tour. I was blessed to be chosen to have my art on the 2012 National Wild Turkey Stamp and have received 3rd at Wyoming's Conservation stamp competition. I also strive to be a part of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Art program, Birds in Art, The Wyoming Conservation Stamp, The Federal Duck Stamp and many others.... Those goals are for tomorrow, I don't know what will happen tomorrow, I do know that I am blessed today. Lord willing, I will be able to continue to paint in the years to come. Stay tuned.....

I am extremely honored to have the privilege to share with you just a small piece of my life through the lens of my camera. I am the fourth of eight children in my family, so you can imagine the stories I have and which could through photos be told! I was raised in a small county in southern Ohio. My father is a retired dairy farmer, and my mother is a retired nurse. They both sacrifice many things to see each of their children were afforded many opportunities. My parents serve as a guiding light, believing and inspiring me to reach forward. As I watched their examples and drive to attain new goals, even today, they silently tell me I can do it. It is to them, as well, I dedicate this book. My personal story is filled with many avenues and pieces of the journey of life, to find a starting place is challenging. Many factors have contributed to my story, but that is for another place and time. So, being this is an introduction of myself, here it is. Hi, my name is Scott Polley, and I am a person who loves to hear stories. My favorite and chosen way to share stories is through pictures. They allow me the opportunity for my mind to explore the story and to create my own story of what I saw when I snapped the shot. The style of my work does not follow or fully represent any famous photographer. I don't look for common sites where many people take pictures. As you look through my entire gallery of images, not many famous places are found. I call myself an everyday photographer. What do ordinary people see as they go through life? I look through the eye of my camera and try to capture what the human eye sees and hopefully express their thoughts. I love looking at everyday items and places, then express the story as the ordinary person, or at least me, sees. I desire through my work to inspire others to see the stories all around them and find a way to share them. In this first volume of my work, I share stories that surround rivers and other bodies of water. There are a few who just express water in a somewhat irregular way. So, get yourself ready to take a journey and see the story. As you look and study each image, ask yourself, "What story do I see"?Here's to the story!- Scott Polley
