What is the true theme of the Bible? Though there are many possible answers, the overarching message we read is one of authority, for the authority of God stands above everything else. God is sovereign; He alone has the ultimate authority, and none are above him. So, how do we make sense of this theme? How do we construct the larger picture to recognize this authority? KINGDOM AUTHORITY: Understanding the Bible through Authority As Children of Light in the Kingdom of Darkness by Pastor Tracy Benningfield is all about understanding the Bible through the lens of Kingdom Authority. Pastor Tracy shows readers how authority is the true center point of scripture and that by understanding how authority works, we can better perceive who we are in Christ, the victory we have in Christ, and the authority found in being a believer. The consequences of separating from Him and the fall of man to sin are also crucial in comprehending God's sovereign authority. Understanding the Bible scripture by scripture is like putting together a puzzle; once you construct the framework, it becomes easy to connect the pieces and understand how it all fits together. Once you've put it together for the first time and seen the larger picture, you can make sense of the whole puzzle discovering the place for each piece. Join Pastor Tracy in putting the pieces together and discovering how to emerge from the darkness to become a child of light.

The primary focus of The Covenant Relationship is to convey the sacredness of marriage in how it relates to the relationship between Christ and the Church; and husband and wife. It strongly relays the message of taking notice of the sanctity of marriage before saying "I do". The Covenant Relationship also captures a contrast of what God requires versus what people choose to settle for within their marriage and relationships. The Author shares her confession of how she took the sacred vows of her marriage for granted. She openly admits this as a fault; leading to a compelling need for deliverance; forgiveness; and healing. Through revelation and a deeper relationship with God, she has come to learn how sacred the covenant agreement is between man and God; and husband and wife. The Author also encourages others to learn how profound a union can be when we adhere to the provision of love as God has so ordained it to be. The covenant is between both husband and wife; but more significantly, it is with God. Much of the info being presented is from a biblical viewpoint; and the included scriptures are an added benefit for study. For those who are planning to marry, The Covenant Relationship will help prepare you mentally for your sacred union. For those who are already married, there's encouragement to continue to protect your sacred union at all costs. If you are currently single, you will be encouraged to prepare, while in your alone time with God, for that special person that is in route to you. No matter where your relationship status is currently, there is something for everyone in this powerful message of The Covenant Relationship.

God never stops directing us to Him. We choose which direction we'll take. My struggles as a divorcee didn't stop at being hurt emotionally. My children needed care and healing. I had to start at zero where my finances were concerned. Spiritually, I remained faithful for a season, but the weight and fatigue of responsibilities clouded my vision of God. Even when I thought God couldn't or wouldn't love me anymore, He remained faithful. His love drew me to Him. His Word revealed all the lies of Satan that I believed and the self-condemnation that came from those lies. I am a dear child of God. His Divine Providence guides and sustains me. As I continue to trust Him, His Spirit helps me to be more Christ-like each day. That means victory in my struggles and a place in the body of Christ designated by God Himself. Originally from Denver, CO, I currently reside in Wheat Ridge, CO. I am retired with five children and fifteen grandchildren. I love music, drawing, crafting, writing in my spare time and spending time with family and friends. "Divorced and in the Church" came from my realization of the many divorced women in the Church with the same or similar struggles and conflicts as my own and my desire to help them remain strong in their faith.

America's rapidly shifting demographics are shredding the underlying assumptions that shaped many of today's evangelical organizations. God is giving white evangelicals a once-in-a generation opportunity to release their iron grip on the tables of leadership in favor of a new, far more complex generation of leaders drawn from the myriad of cultures increasingly populating the United States. But as Saul gave David his armor to fight Goliath and it didn't fit, so white evangelicals are giving new leaders old tools and they're telling us it doesn't fit! Are we open to pursue a pristine vision together with our brothers and sisters who once stood outside our organizations? Our choice will go far in determining the role of white evangelicals in a non-white America. Rev. Mark Marchak served as an urban missionary with Missions Door for 45 years, first as Team Leader in New York City and then as the mission's Director of City Ministry. He is the son of second-generation parents with roots in Russia and Slovakia. Mark graduated from Taylor University and Denver Seminary. Together with his wife, Karen, the Marchaks have lived in New York City for over 40 years during which they raised two children in the City's public school system. A wrestler and football player in college, Mark resumed a passion for painting after his retirement. He loves the Yankees and old 1930's monster movies. His prayer is that this book will alert leaders of predominantly white Christian organizations that a demographic tsunami is crashing over us and we must respond in God's timing.

This book uses some experiences with dogs to meditate on some challenges that relate to our pursuit of God. None of the analogies in this devotional are meant to be perfect Scriptural parallels. They are simple observations that may cause us to think a little deeper about a Bible verse, a quality of our God, or an area of our lives where we can do better. The author is a lay person who hopes that stories about his dogs will challenge us all to pursue Christ with more passion. Ron is retired and currently enjoys facilitating classes at a Christian addiction recovery program on a volunteer basis. He greatly appreciates the invaluable help of Larry and Jim. Ron has a wonderful wife and two daughters. And yes - they all love dogs!

It's all about choices--their choices and your choices. Abuses and rejection by the ones who should love you most create pain. Looking at the ruins, what has been destroyed and applying the tools to rebuild takes time and tears but the end result is worth it. Working through the pain to the point of being able to forgive even the most horrible events is the only way to freedom and peace. You, too, can move from being broken and bleeding to being healed and whole!!! My story says it all. Born at the foot of Pikes Peak in Colorado, I now live in central Texas. I have been married for over 60 years and children and grandchildren bring much fun and excitement into my life. I sing and play the fiddle (it was a violin in Colorado) with my husband who plays guitar. My ride is a 2010 red Mustang convertible with a stick shift. I scrapbook, make cards, sew and work puzzles for fun but the hobby that brings me the most pleasure is people. Am very involved in a local church where I have the opportunity to teach and the joy of helping members find comfortable places to serve. My contact information is margierosecox@gmail.com I would love to hear from you--share in your successes or perhaps answer questions.

This book gives a glimpse into the wonderful things that happen in classrooms all the time. Each experience tells what I heard, saw and sometimes didn't see in my classroom. As a teacher, I thought teachers are the leaders and do all the teaching. But as you read, you'll see that the students taught me many valuable lessons. I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. I am a twin of 14 kids .Education was big in our family .My dad could only go to 6th grade in the South. My dad said " a privilege denied must be valuable. So after graduating, I went to college in Thibodaux, Louisiana. I majored in Education. During my student teaching, I hit a brick wall of prejudice. The supervising teacher felt blacks were inferior. Discouraged, I dropped out of college, wondering, "Why did people feel this way?" As I worked in Portland, a principal always encouraged me daily saying "Go back to college, we need good teachers." Soon I went back to college. I also accepted Christ as Savior and Lord. Then I understood. The enemy worked to discourage me. But God is gracious. I am retired after 30 years of teaching in Portland and still going strong sharing His Love.

"The Mama Tree" is a story about the meaning and blessing of adoption told by five-year-old me. When I was little, my brother asked my Mama about his adoption story and I was able to give him the "whole story" and used my imagination to help him see the beauty of adoption. This story is beautifully illustrated to help readers see how adoption is part of God's plan and He is with us always! This is the second book written by Julie K. Her first book, "The Purpose Puzzle" was written for adult readers and while writing it, she felt the Lord wanted her to write a children's book about adoption. She also wanted the perfect illustrator to help bring her story to life, so she asked 21-year-old Jackson Hill and he agreed. He has been drawing since he was three years old and won a county art contest at 9. He enjoys nature, is one of the most creative people and loves the Lord. What people are saying about this book. Tonya (adoptive mom) "My 5-year-old sat still for me to read it to her so that is saying a lot! Kept her attention! Sarah (in adoptive family) "All I can say is WOW. All put into one story!" Alinda (adoptive mom)"I teared up more than once. I can see this as a sweet adoption book that I would keep and give as a gift to everyone who adopts a child." Marissa (adopted child) "It's a super sweet story and shows how adopted children are loved by other people and not just their biological parent." Tanner (adopted child) "I like how it simplifies adoption and I like how the image of the leaf floats away and is not taken away." Sharon (adoptive mom) "This story led us to a great open and honest conversation and I feel like it validated my adopted children." Josh (my son) "I was the purple leaf and I found my New Mama Tree, just like my Mom did!"

In Road Trip to Redemption: Living in Darkness and Finding My Way Out, author Christopher D Craig Sr shares his story of redemption with readers, discussing how the Lord showered him with love and peace through the ups and downs of life on his journey to find Christ. He started out as an overweight underachiever who just wanted to be noticed; then became a self-centered, egotistical hoax who only did what he wanted and only made time for self-gratification; followed by a religiously lost individual who felt like a broken toy. Finally, after hitting rock bottom, he realized who he really was, a follower and son of God who is the One True King and Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Christopher's story is an adventure, not a straight path but one with many twists and turns, trials and tribulations. He experienced both genuine love and terrible loss, yet after finding out who Jesus truly is in his life, his worries and pains are few, and his blessings are too numerous to mention. He wants to be a lamp, lifeboat, or ladder in people's lives, pointing them to the One who said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matt. 11:28 NIV). After all, no matter the depth of the hole you are in, all anyone must do is start by looking up. He is available for book signings and motivational speaking engagements at christopherdcraigsr.com

As an eighth grader, Clyde Parker's teacher would not allow him to sign up for college prep courses in high school because his elementary school records were so poor, with Cs and Ds-only for him to go on to have a successful educational path, even becoming a pastor, teacher, and businessman at the same time! In this book, Clyde's widow Ernstena shares his compelling life journey with readers, from his birth in 1930 to his passing in 1984. Clyde Parker: Pastor; University Professor; Businessman by Ernstena Viola Phillips Parker Wood is an inspiring tribute which honors the life of her late husband, Clyde A. Parker Sr. EdD; DD. With forty years in Christian ministry, thirty years as an educator, and twenty-five years as a businessman, Clyde's fifty-three years of life were action-packed. He pastored four different churches, taught in public schools, and became a full professor at a state university, all while being a successful businessman. How, you may wonder? Well, come along and read how in his time on earth, Clyde was able to achieve the seemingly impossible. Ernstena was inspired to share Clyde's story when her son-in-law Rick Webb, of the Rick Webb Family Singers, challenged her to write a book about Clyde, his wife Phyllis's daddy. His words exploded in her head and put a smile on her face, and that very day, she started looking through files, picture albums, and boxes that had been tucked away in her attic. In the following weeks, memories that had been buried during twenty-three years of widowhood and traveling the world with Campus Crusade's International School Project flooded her mind, and this uplifting book is the result.

The most valuable of gifts - children do not come with a specific parenting manual; it's no wonder we ache for answers because of our feelings of inadequacy. The answer to the infinite? Could this book hold the answer to the age old question, "Can someone explain the meaning of eternity?" This book takes secular worldview at face value and compares it to Biblical principles, distinguishing between falsehood and truth. Have you ever tried to convince that unbelieving friend or family member that we're not "descended from apes" but have found it impossible to get through? This book will take those who view you as the "science-denier" and turn the table, forcing them to reevaluate themselves and their faulty belief systems! Mostly, it will introduce that skeptic into a spiritual world they never knew existed and hopefully, lead some to Salvation. This is this book's main intent, to go into all the world, in this case the secular world, to share the Good News of the Gospel! Reverend Rich Marconi is new to the field of writing. Over the course of his life he has worn several hats from being a semi-professional musician to his life-long former occupation as a retail florist. Now retired, he has devoted his life to honoring the Lord Jesus Christ by enrolling in Bible College and is expecting to earn his Bachelor's in Theology by May of 2023. This venture as an author came about unexpectedly as he felt led to write about the truth of God in order to reach an agnostic lifetime friend for Christ. Now, at the age of 70, this newly published book is his first.Rich and his wife of 40 years, Gilda, reside in Homosassa, Florida and have been attending Christian Center Church for the past 15 years where Rich is a musician who serves on the worship team.

We all go through seasons of our lives. Some are obvious, some are not. God has put these events into motion to give to us a broader relationship with Himself. In learning Him, we begin to see why He has placed us on this earth and how He wants to use us. In this book I have used real life experiences to focus attention on the struggles, conflicts, emotions and circumstances that all of God's children go through. When we look at Ecclesiastes three, we will find a list of times. When a person can locate that particular time in his/her life, then we can see clearer what is coming next. I am a 66-year-old mother and grandmother who grew up as a preacher's kid in a small church in Southern Ohio. I have been actively involved in music and the music ministry of the church since the age of 8 and have taught piano since the age of eighteen. I have a teacher's heart, both in the area of music as well as teaching the Bible. My inspiration for this book has come from years of longing to know my Lord better but feeling as though I only knew about Him. I longed for a closer relationship with Him. After a season came into my life that left me with more questions than answers, God revealed Himself to me in such a way that has launched me into the quest of helping others who may find themselves on the same path.

Most of us are familiar with the biblical account of Adam and Eve and the fall of man. However, what if there was more to the story? Did eating an apple really lead to the downfall of mankind? What really happened in the garden? In Original Sin, author Adrian Jones takes you on an in-depth journey through the book of Genesis to discover the truth of the first sinful act and what actually occurred between Adam, Eve, and Satan. With the revelatory knowledge that Jones provides in this groundbreaking work, she will lead you to the answers of many questions you may have about the book of Genesis and the rest of God's Word. Have you ever wondered where Cain's wife came from? Why were the Hebrews commanded to keep their bloodline pure? Why must we be born again? Jones answers all these and more as she opens your eyes to the enlightening reality behind the origins of sin. Growing up as the middle child in a family of seven, I recognized early my desire was to raise a large family. At the age of nineteen I was blessed to marry the love of my life and best friend who in time introduced me to Jesus Christ. He was a great husband, father, and powerful man of God. After forty-three years of marriage, we had 4 children and 10 grandchildren. Our ultimate desire in life was to raise a strong God-fearing family, which God blessed us to do. I loved my role as wife and mother. My husband finished his work and went to be with Jesus on Nov 18th, 2019. Since his passing my focus continues to be family and evangelizing. I also enjoy gardening which to me is akin to rearing children, because of the constant seed planting and weed pulling. My remaining years will be spent helping with grandchildren and spreading the simple truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This is my first attempt of writing a book. My aim is to reach out to believers who love the Lord Jesus Christ and love to do His will here on earth as they do in Heaven so that when we get to Heaven we will not find ourselves in awkward position with those that are there already, but smoothly and conveniently blend in with them . I also want to make them familiar with the perfect culture in Heaven how it is different from our culture here on earth. Therefore the book is designed to be a companion- Christian Companion, inspiring and comforting. As a companion, the book enlightens us about the impending doom and the eternal destination of Satan in Hell Fire with all his victims. The book also briefly touched on other invisible beings which occupy the earth around us. They are real invisible aliens. Samuel Ogunbiyi thanks God for every day and every event of his life. Samuel was blessed to share a humble unusual lowly birthplace with Jesus Christ who was born in a manger at the sheep stall. Samuel was born in a dedicated bush behind the house used as a latrine because people were hiding from soldiers in time of war. Samuel was baptized at about 5 years of age. He chose the name himself and people were surprised that he did. Samuel was raised among predominately pagans and idol worshipers who tried to kill him in his sleep; but Samuel was healed at the church where they prayed for him. At the age of 2 or there about, Samuel's mother used to look for him but she always found him in the school class room which was not far to their house with older children.
