After a few of the toughest times in my life, Idecided to translate those feelings into poetry.Death is guilt-inducing, puberty is embarrassing, and I could never let my insecurities fester fortoo long. This book is a collection of simple andawkward stories written in a complicated way soyou never truly know what it's about- at least Ihope you don't. There was a certain turning pointin my life where everything started to make moresense, and I want my poetry to show you that atsome stage it just becomes another story to tell. When time wasn't healing anymore, I startedranting on paper, and out came sappy poetry.Poems are delicate, so treat these with care, your interpretation is more important than anymeaning of my own.

It has been said if you go with me on a hunting or fishing trip, you will always come back with a "Jim story". In the book, I try to place the reader in the different scenarios I find myself in, and the types of wildernesses I encountered. I want the reader to be entertained and feel they are in the story.

This book was written because of my son's interest in his heritage, and therefore is dedicated to his never-ending support. He constantly encourages me to grow my potential and pursue my desires as a woman. This book is also dedicated to all women and men on planet Earth who support the slogan "Woman, Life, Freedom", a slogan that defines kindness and love for all those who pursue happiness, becoming the best version of themselves, and standing steadfast for justice for all. In this book lie the memories, desires, dreams, and goals of a little girl from Iran, who has innate Eastern beliefs, but is coping with her Western influences as she is trying to reach nirvana. Memories of her homeland and parents are mixed with their wisdom and metaphors that leave you with a peaceful image of this unappreciated hummingbird. Despite all that went wrong in her life, she still comes out feeling glorious and positive.
