After writing and publishing 5 books in the last 5 years, not mentioning the writing of previous 4 ones over several decades, one starts to believe that it's going well. In fact, it's certainly not that I need to complain, even though I must admit for this ninth book, ideas didn't pop-up just like it was happening before. However, this writing is in my blood and almost every day pieces have been submitted to my papers lying on my desk. Going over these short pieces adds up to a certain summary and taking a few parts away and adding new stuff, mostly results in a new poem. Of course while still using that other material for a next poem. Xlibris has been my publishing agency for my previous eight books, so I saw no particular reason why I should change this collaboration. I thank God for being on my side.

Within these pages of this little book you find a small collection of Thomas favorite poems. Thomas had a stroke in 0202 resulting in numbness down the whole of the left side of his body and often falls as not able feel the ground beneath his feet. He is still not fully steady on his feet but still ventures out into the community. Thomas's secret to staying hopeful is to never give in when your chips are down! After the stroke he became more interested in painting pictures of his local area, bringing his poetry alive. Thomas's poetry takes the reader on a journey where there is only fun, laughter and reflective moments of stillness and pause sprinkled with a little star dust. Pure magic!

My poems are mainly based on life events, things I have either experienced or witnessed through the years. Ranging from childhood memories to stories of love and life, loss and disappointments, even moods and appraisals. Everyday occurrences I'm sure many of you will relate to ... I try hard to paint a picture with my words so that the reader can see my way of thinking. When I first set out writing poems it was just a hobby and a collection of some of my personal experiences and it kind of escalated from there. Soon I seemed to be going through life constantly having ideas and making notes. Eventually I had little notebooks full of my life - not diaries just little stories and that's it really But I have to say a huge thank you to everyone who encouraged me to publish my work. Had it not been for your kind words this would not have happened. Also, to my good friend Graham for all of his expertise with the technical side of things. I was wisely told recently "e;you only have one life - do it"e; - So I've done it. I hope you enjoy.

It is our moral duty to bring Jashodaben (Mother India) back to the house of her husband. Due to corruption in the police, 99% criminals go unpunished. Mohammed said, "e;Let there arise a group of people who enjoin good and forbid evil"e;. Moral evils are due to genes or Nature. Sexual misconduct cannot be prevented without finding a woman for every man. The state should buy eggs and serum on a large scale. The aim is to create embryos and destroy male embryos. Marriages are delayed due to the demands of dowry, long periods of education, lavish marriages, time taken for finding a job etc. Marriages must be as cheap as possible. Moral evils are due to genes for adultery, genes for violence, genes for egoism etc. The liars say that there existed a temple on my land of Dayanand Cooperative housing society (Delhi) and it was the birth place of Lord Krishna. The Pure Religion: Pure Religion is based on a single article of faith, that is, God exists. God and Nature are 2 independent Realities. Our prayer: O lord I am alone in the world and except thou nobody is mine. O Lord, forgive my sins and save me from new sins. O Lord give me transcendent, mystical and noumenal knowledge. O Lord, guide me to the right path and keep us on the path of truth, justice, moral purity and charity altruism, peace. etc. O Lord, save me from illegitimate gains and pleasures O Lord, we will carry out a holy war against the unjust people, O Lord save us from a false belief in gods, angels, Jinn, Satan, Iblis, devil, resurrection of dead, soul, rebirth, miracles, prophets, fate, Freedom of Will, heaven, hell, incarnation of God in human form, idolatry, revelations, rebirth etc. Atheism and religious conflicts can be eliminated by the Pure Religion. parasharsarl@gmail.com

Tenth Book - Champaign No PainTen books, can you imagine! For me, it's more than a dream who becomes reality. I feel happy with this accomplishment and I certainly hope that you, my faithful readers, will also enjoy this newest book. In my opinion, every book is getting better, every time again. I can say, that no changes have been made to the arrangements of the poems, they are still written in my own familiar style. As always some new ideas came into my mind, some other perspectives, you can maybe call it, some kind of try outs. Every year brings other items to the front of my brain, to draw the conclusion, if you like my previous books, then you will certainly like this tenth one also. Xlibris has been the publisher of this 'Champaign No Pain', that is also my tenth book with Xlibris.
