I once read that Aristotle asserted that poetry was more important than history. With that premise, Camille Calls is a book of poetry about a generation during the years of a foreign war. One of the actors on this stage says, "Poems shine new light on what we thought we knew."In a way this book is dedicated to that generation, though I am only one voice of that generation and my characters on the stages of this book number only a few.In another sense this book is dedicated to you, you who read this book, who hear sounds and songs of Pacific and Hawai''i and a submarine, who dream of a plunge into Pacific surf, who smell rain and ocean and plumeiria, who read and listen. When people listen, they open hearts and souls to whoever is calling. So, listen, because Camille calls. The author was raised and educated in Hawai"i, and has lived in California for 50 years. Most importantly, his high school years and college years were spent in the 1960''s, a decade of war and peace, faith and religion, human rights, environmental consciousness, and love. Married in 1968, the author and wife have 6 children and 5 grandchildren. The author is inspired by the spirit of Hawai''i, as described by the Reverend Akaka in 1959, "When a people or person live in the spirit of aloha, they live in the spirit of God."

Crazy Doesn''t Just Disappear...Not long ago, my husband was talking with our son on the phone. He was using the speakerphone. I heard my son ask, "What is Mom up to?" His reply? "Working on seven steps to get your sh** together." Well, that''s one way to describe the NdestructibleΓäó 7 R.E.N.E.W.A.L. process outlined in this book! When my son was in elementary school, there were times when he made the usual mistakes that kids make. Sometimes when this happened, his father would ask him what was wrong. His downtrodden yet responsible reply: "I got off the railroad tracks."We all get off track at times in our lives. We all have experienced wrecks, gotten broken down, and have had clean-up to do. NdestructibleΓäó 7 gives us those key foundational targets that can help us improve ourselves and our situations. The theory behind NdestructibleΓäó 7 is: "If we change, things will change!" Our seven targets equip us for life''s battles ahead. My hope is that you will protect yourself better, recover from anything life throws at you, and be better equipped to fight for yourself and those around you. NdestructibleΓäó 7 is a gift to you so you can "armor up" and optimize the coming chapters of your life.Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. - Isaiah 40:30-31 Dr. Doster, a Clinical Psychologist, is founder and owner of mentalRenewal, LLC. Matthew 5:14-16You are a light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heavenEven when the storm comes in full force, and it is very, very dark, and there is no source to light your candle, you are still an ambassador of Christ. How do you light your candle when you are totally empty of all your strength, numb and hurting? "How, Lord, how?" you cry out! The Eternal Light is your source, Jesus is your source. Cry out and ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with his Power, Love and Sound Mind. (2Tim. 1:7)"Are you ready, with your candle lit, to bring home those you love? We are called, not only to cleanse ourselves, but to bring the "Good News" to all the nations. Our families are the hardest and most difficult challenge of all. Does your love have a limit?" Karen Bode, a mother, grandmother, international bestselling author, speaker, teacher, and mentor, graduated with a degree in psychology and a Master''s in Education. "Leave it in the past", I tell my daughters, "The past can mold and shape us, but it should not consume us." What shakes our faith? Who walks with us? This is the story of the important things and people in my life who have helped make me who I am today as a wife, mother, and daughter. Come journey with me through my experiences through the valleys and mountains. I have walked with God, away from God, and many times had to surrender to God and let him take control. I have learned how that time flashes as a blink of the eye and prayer is the only way to climb from the valley to the mountaintop. If I can give to you one thing it is this book of encouragement. That is what I hope I have accomplished through the writing of this book. I want to encourage you, the reader. I want you to see that everyone has struggles. It''s how we handle those struggles that really count. What time is it for you right now? Embrace it. It is but a steppingstone in the molding and shaping of our lives. Do you find yourself in the valleys or on the mountaintops? Wherever it may be, God is there. As Tracy Dartt wrote in his song, "The God on the mountain is still God in the valley." It doesn''t matter where you are, God is there to carry you. I am Amanda Baker Seal. I am a preacher''s kid of ten years. I love music and writing. I was inspired to write when I started to see others struggle with some of the same things I do. I wrote this book to help others.

This book is about the Lord and how we find that we as people and believers are more alike than we are not. There are so many ways that we as people differ and more ways we are alike. We all are made in the image of God. God gives me the Titles and shows me where to study and research for my books, my third book He gave me dreams and visions, all my life I have dreamed and He gave me Visions. He told me to put it in a book. So my third book is Dreams and Visions. I love to share God's Holy Word and Love with all my brothers and sisters in Christ. The Lord's Inspiration gives me hope to give to others, we are in the "Last days" we had better be ready! Please read and study with me. My prayer is that everyone will want to know The God we serve better and seek His face. These are the "Last days" we have better be ready. I, Evangelist Mary A. Lucas was born in Detroit Michigan. My Mother and Father have gone to glory, but my family, brother, sister and the rest of my family still live there. I have 1 Son and 1 daughter. I also have lots of grandchildren and lots of great grandchildren, they still live in Detroit. I started writing years ago in high school. Writing my feelings in my diary then I just stop. Later on the job one day the Lord said write your testimony and I said "now" the Lord said yes. I started writing again and I couldn't stop, so I said I have found my niche. I love writing, I have written 3 books and this is my fourth book. I'm an Evangelist in the written Word of God, a student of the Word; the written instruction of God how to live in this world.

  • av Marshall A Isler

This book explores the source of masculine traits and their evolution from God's original purpose, through Satan's corruption, and to the world's exploitation. To ensure procreation, God designed man with an insatiable appetite for sex. For males to be the protector and provider as He intended, God made them stronger and competitive. To be the leader of the family, God gave him the rational and intellectual traits to be problem solvers. However since the fall of man, Satan and his systems of the world have exploited these traits to satisfy man's sinful nature. These traits have become silent and deadly sins which begin with lust, greed and pride. Silent because these sins are in the mind, where no one knows but the sinner, God, and maybe a consenting partner. Deadly because eternity in hell is a potential consequence; and man's mind alone is his greatest obstacle. Pride can easily convince the mind that these sins are harmless and victimless. In addition, the world condones and in many cases celebrates them. The book exposes Satan's lies, tricks and deceptions, and shows why his strategy presents a special challenge to the sinful nature of man's masculinity. Finally, the book will explore spiritual weapons such as God's special kind of love available to help overcome this challenge. Marshall Isler was born in Kinston, NC and grew up in the AMEZ church. After graduating from college and marriage in Washington DC, he became a Lutheran in the early 60's. In the late 90's He moved to Fayetteville and joined an evangelical church. Isler has had over sixty years of personal experience as a Christian man dealing with the subject matter; and participating in many men groups in his community and the churches he attended. He and his wife, Verna, reside in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Marshall is a retired navy commander. He holds a BS in Engineering from Howard University and a master's degree from George Washington University. He is also a graduate of the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School. He has been a Congressional Fellow and a HUD Community Builder Fellow.

This book is written for inmates and family members incarcerated to give them hope that there is a future. It is organized with the mother writing her experience and the father's letters to his son along with Noah who was incarcerated writing a few comments. Noah's mom and dad and family members experienced incarceration in our lives very unexpectedly. We observed in our experience the loneliness of many inmates with no family members visiting. There seemed to be a sense of abandonment and the unknown of what to expect. The main reason for writing this book is to express a sense of community among families incarcerated. Only with God could we begin to grow with this experience and acceptance of the future for all our family members. This book is nonfiction, this really happened to us.

God is so much closer than you could possibly imagine, and He longs to have an intimate relationship with you. This is the truth that author Joyce Graves discovered when she cried out to the Lord and witnessed His amazing invitation to embrace more of His presence. In My Journey into the Heavens, Graves shares her incredible moments with Jesus Christ through visions that transformed her understanding of the nearness of God. As the Holy Spirit took Graves behind the veil of the spiritual realm, she began a life-changing adventure that redefined her relationship with the Lord. From visions of heaven that are too beautiful for words to Christ-centered guidance given directly from the heart of Jesus, Graves's experiences will help you find answers to some of the questions that have you sometimes wondering in your spiritual life. In her walks with God, the Holy Spirit revealed to Graves details about the mystery of time, how our very lives are written in books to be lived out here on earth, and so much more. With all the goodness of God that Graves saw through her visions, it is her desire to let the world know how good God is and how much He truly loves us. It is her heart's prayer that even one person will come to see Jesus and be drawn to Him by the words of her testimony. Within the pages of My Journey into the Heavens, may God bless you with the power of His love and manifest Himself in your life in ways you could never expect. Experience the wonder and beauty of Jesus as you take your own journey into the heavens.

Seeking God together as a couple is the most rewarding experience for two people who truly want to live as one, can. Read how two very ordinary people became two extraordinary people together as intended before time began. Read about how we manage our time together to seek God where time stands still! Together we experience the freedom we have in Christ. Our book is our humble effort to share a message of hope. We knew as soon as we met each other that great things were about to happen. And that is how it is when we are living in faith. We agree that our faith would not be as strong as if we had not met. We are a living testimony to what it means to live happily ever after. And that is exactly what we plan to do. What an adventure! After completing my third book's manuscript in 2020; Dawnings III, The Principles of Pathfinding, I could hardly wait on returning to some personal writing projects. Instead, I decided to ask my husband to co-author a book with me for Christian couples about seeking God together, based on our own successful marriage. Once we started writing, it was if this book had been waiting all along to be written from our hearts, without a rough draft. We look forward to sharing our inspiring message of hope and love for Christian couples needing affirmation or direction.

A righteous family struggling to survive in a godless society where the government has overruled all freedoms after a "peaceful" takeover. The majority of the citizens have accepted govenments's faith, relying on false promises of protection, happiness and a new God chosen by the state. The lifestyle was torturous and a plan had been forged, but as most plans go, it had to be shelved and real action had to be taken. The Grahams and the Crawfords marched forward only to find that they were not alone and that coming together with the groups of believers to fight for their liberty was the first step in taking their freedom back. CeC lives in Florida with her husband and several rescued pets. CeC continuously finds ways to be involved, whether it is by volunteering at the homeless center or at the pet shelter, she strives in being an encouraging influence on her community and her congregation. As a naturalized citizen, CeC appreciates the freedoms that America stands for and has a deep understanding of the obligations required for us to sustain and uphold our religious freedoms, our sacred values and our faith. Straying from the path that God has showed us will lead only to dark roads and unsurmountable challenges. Originally from a country where darkness in the form of corruption and socialism have taken root, CeC recognizes that the daily eradication of God's intended plan, the intrusion and degradation of our religious beliefs and the slow but certain change of the meaning of basic God given rules, is leading us to a society devastated by few, where men are in control to decide what stands for good and evil. CeC, deeply believes that we are part of something larger than ourselves, that we should live our lives honoring the commandments given to us and loving God with all our hearts.

This book provides scriptural references to many situations we commonly experience. God's Word is His knowledge in print that when applied creates wisdom for living. His Word becomes alive to provide the proper guidance we need to overcome circumstances as we function through life. It is not a common reflex to be led by the Word of God. We must choose to follow after Him by acting in faith rather than be directed by our feelings only. Choosing to go in a direction that is unnatural can be frightening. Once you begin to practice obedience, it gradually becomes easier. As we move in faith and proceed under His guidance we learn that our circumstances will begin to change as well as our character and trust in Him. Obedience is a most critical area that humans shy away from because we have the wrong idea of its purpose. About the Author - www.DougPoole.net Doug Poole spent his life growing up on a farm in Oklahoma and then moved to Wichita, Kansas at age twelve. Graduating from Wichita High School South, he then went to college at the University of Oklahoma. The Marine Corps, Okinawa, and Vietnam occupied his time until getting married in 1971. His 42-years of marriage caused him to turn from his single thinking and become involved with a family and the Lord. His life on the farm growing up and his godly grandparents proved to be foundational in his development for what was coming in the future. Now remarried, a season of remembrance and biblical principles have finally persuaded him to seek a new adventure. And, that new adventure has been sharing with others what God has taught him and referencing biblical principles learned in the writing of several books.

Satan tormented my mind with my reality. As I mourned over the dead things in my life, as people gave their condolences and left, I stayed at the graveyard in my mind, with ashes spread around me. My mind was occupied with dead things. Perhaps you are grieving over the death of a loved one, death of a marriage, or death of a career or friendship. If you are in mourning, it''s obvious that something has died. The devil attacked me when death triggered grief, waves of emotional distractions. He launched his assaults of lies, schemes, and accusations at me.Satan wanted me to curse God and die. However, I maintain my integrity, and I give God all the praise. I decided to take off my mourning clothes and replace them with garments of praise.Glory, Hallelujah! To grant to those who mourn in Zion-to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he may be glorified.(Isa. 61:3, ESV) Sharon Lewis is a wife, mother, daughter, granny, sister aunt, cousin, niece and friend.
