"Throughout our lives as humans, there will be things that happen to us that we will not be prepared for. We retreat into ourselves and then become afraid to be fully naked when we think we are broken. When we are not sure who we are or what we are supposed to do with our lives it becomes even harder to look at ourselves. When the breaks are severe, can we really mend the broken pieces back together?
The truth is that even the cracks that we think are irreparable can be fused with gold and made even more beautiful than before. The words for each day are just some of the things I learned along the way as I was filling my own cracks with gold.
